Disappointed, thought I found a reliable, value priced, flat fix shop. The employee pictured tried a sleezeball move to overcharge me/do more work than required. Seemed like a prank/challenge between him and another kid in the shop. All in all a shame, can't believe this still happens. The other reviews about scams and unprofessionalism seem to hold water.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We had 2 cars taken to them, and now years later the tires need to be changed, but these guys not only over-tightened the lug nuts, they also cross-threaded it. And it also rusted shut. We tried to take it to 4 different mechanic/tire shops: 3 of them said they couldn't remove it (and they also accidentally rounded off the lug nut trying to take it off), 1 of those shops said they would have to take off the whole axle to get the wheel off. Found a 4th shop that was able to break off the wheel stud itself. Finally, after 4 shops and hundreds of dollars later, we can put the new wheel on. All of this hassle and money could have been avoided if the people at Guerrero weren't so absolutely incompetent.

Good place when you need a small repair. Had a nail in the tread, on a Sunday. Dropped by the busy shop, and the guys had the tire off shortly after. Fixed tire, and reasonable price. Just know, CASH ONLY. 👍 Muchas Gracias!

I live in the neighborhood behind here and let me tell you for the past 15+ years I have used them and only them to quickly fix/patch up my tires. I probably use them 2+ times a month. They are extremely quick, nice and affordable. I highly recommend them. I even have the free Discount Tire fixing and chose to pay these guys than use discount on account of how fast and non-b*llsh** they are.

Yall be careful with this place I asked the man working to patch up my tire bc it has a hole and before even removing it or testing it in water(for the hole) he tells me I need a new tire I tell him I just got my car two months ago and the tire can’t just be patched up?? and he says oh ok nvm and patches it up?? totally scammers. He also proceeds to ask for my number after I say no Im married he asks 4 more times…LADIES DONT GO HERE

Randomly got a nail in my tire on a Friday at 6:30pm 😞. All the other tire shops are closed and those that were open, would not help us. Thankfully found this shop who is still open and helped us RIGHT AWAY! The guys at Guerro are friendly and the service was fast. Grateful they were able to help fix my tire. Also it’s cash only.

Brought my truck to fix a flat and paid and they forgot to give my key for the lugs! Came back for it and they said they didn’t have it! They the only ones I gave it from the package! Talking about they don’t know changed the tire!

These guys are the SHEEE-EEEEEEEEE-IT! Great work and fast fast fast!!! And very reasonable...do what I did....take what you saved and TIP IT! Changing / fixing tires in 101 heat index ain't no joke.

This place has very poor service. You literally have to watch them do the work in order for you to make sure they don't right. If not they will swindle you. Save your money and go to another location.

I am giving this place five stars because I can recognize what is going on at this location! If all people were to be half as organized and willing we would have more. So I am giving this place this rating because it is hard work and you need agility to change a tire! Whether you have an attitude or not! I have visited frequently especially in the days I used to driver uber! Lose tires everyday B! But, I noticed something! Only a select few speak English! Which makes this a more comfortable transactional place for Spanish speakers. I do not speak Spanish!!!!! I have another special set of skills that i use daily!! Long story short, I needed a tire for my vehicle, I noticed a gentleman had the same need in the same type vehicle. He spoke the language based on my observations! My special hand to hand skills noticed based on the increment given and returned increment for services. I payed double! If not more than the average charge! If, mistaken then i will make adjustments, but I feel i got charged double because i am not of that culture! I am sure this happens every where!! But to my Black brothers/Sisters of Austin be careful! I allow room for anyone to debunk my claims! Please do!! But my racial gut hardly ever lies!! Again, this place gets five stars because regardless of what i may have experienced my services was met with willingness and I appreciate anyone willing to work hard! Hope this helps Us(Ya)!

Any tire issues, come to this spot- they are so quick and efficient, cash only, helps if you speak Spanish but they do speak English too, highly recommend👌👌👌

Speedy service. Went on a Sunday when most major shops are closed. In and out in 20 mins. They handles buiz and got me back on the road. FYI cash only, but store next door has an atm.
