Shops a scam. Anything lower than 2k in repairs sure go there. But when you need heavy work done near 8-10k they start adding on these BS fees that have nothing to do with the truck or they install higher price parts without approval. My dad got his truck fixed there and they over charged him on everything and added way more work then agreed on. Plus charge to store your truck there while its getting repaired??!?! Not one decent semi truck repair shop anymore. What happened to wanting to have a “shop” instead $$$$ matters more than reputation.

Talked with Sammy on phone to pickup a reefer trailer for my company. He had everything planned out to make it smooth. When I got there; he walked through the trailer with me to ensure everything was good to go. He helped me start the unit up to make sure it was functioning correctly and made sure that when I left I was ready to work. Very friendly, very professional, very thorough, and very reliable! I went there for some used tires for my Jeep and got a great deal on 5 great condition tires, mounted, balanced, and installed plus they took my old tires. Update: I had to wait a couple of days before I could check my Jeep. GTW placed balance beads in my tires, well only 3 out of the 5. I didn't want them to balance the spare. Anyways, they do need some schooling on balancing. I had to get all the tires unmounted, beads vacuuming, balanced properly, remounted, and installed. Wasn't cheap but it was night and day difference. Couldn't go over 40 without death wobble when I finally left GTW. GTW tried multiple times to balance my tires. They blamed it on my front end. I finally gave up and drove to Azle via back roads since I couldn't go over 35 mph. It took me over an hour and a half to get home. It took Discount Tire one try, now I'm able to do 80+ with no issues. There is nothing wrong with my front end.

if i could give 0 i would i dont think this shop should even be in business... I had a 12 piece front axle kit put on and so many bolts i took off with 0 tool all by a slight twist with my fingers i dont even know how my truck made it home after leaving there...Could of killed me and they left me on READ when i texted the dude and told him about it

Had problems starting up my truck, called Sam and he came over right away. Got me up and running in no time, I then drove to his shop and changed out some trailer tires. Sam and his crew are great, prices are reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone. Once again Thanks Sam, job great done.

I’ve been here multiple times for brakes, tires, maintenance, and engine diagnostics. This place is legit. All the mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. They move quick to get you back on the road ASAP. The prices are fair and they aren’t interested in ripping you off. They don’t try to upsell or recommend things you don’t need. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays. If you are ever in the area and need something done, I highly recommend you stop here.

What thought was a nail in my trailer tire turned out to be a rock. Buried deep in small hole and hadn't penetrated the tread carcus. That was the good news. Bad news is I had been running my tires under inflated according to manufacturers spec. The team at GTW immediately brought this to my attention and made adjustments to all eight tires as needed. Very skilled and knowledgeable in their profession. I would certainly feel confident riding on tires from this shop. Thank you Bobby and Sammy!

We are 7 hours from home 2 days into a 14 day trip and our a/c stopped working on our freightliner sport chassis. GTW checked out our a/c and got us back on the road cool for a very reasonable price! Highly recommended! We discovered a bad spot on our tire while we were there and they fixed that up also!
