Had my car there for months for a “tune” tuned it. then locked my ecu so it couldn’t be retuned . Then to add insult to injury still charged me 3k yes 3k and the car still throws a check engine light and I had to take it to ford to get it flashed back to stock so I can get it retuned.

The gentleman here got me in quickly on an emergency. Kept me updated constantly elven with photos. They did excellent work and saved me a lot of money. They put heart and extra into finding out what was wrong and fixed my car thoroughly. Honest and trustworthy!

Tried to contact the shop by the sites number and goes straight to voicemail, left my voice message and didn’t get a response back. Finally dm them on Instagram and would hardly reply to me back. Set up an appointment to get my car tuned and was coming from New Mexico 3 hour drive. Ended up finding out my injectors weren’t working as they should. The shop owner ordered me some new ones online had to leave my car there for 2 MONTHS and had NO communication at all ended up finally telling me my injectors had came in and were installed. Came back and my car wasn’t even tuned at all after 2 months of waiting. The owner didn’t care what so ever just took my car back. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE worst shop experience I ever had.

I am only giving them this rating because they have horrible customer service. I called the number and left a message, yes the contacted me back but it was via text message and I am still awaiting a response to the text message I replied to. How do you have a number listed, but choose to text your customer back 2 days later; and when you finally text back to ask a question, I reply and still waiting for a response? This is just bad business and customer service.

Man these guys are awesome, they really helped me out the first time I had issues with my cars starter. They fixed it quick to get it back to me. Then a few months past and I had a similar issue, they went back into look at it and it was a small problem. They fixed it no charge since it was a faulty wire connection to the starter. “We back up our own work”- Legends

Robert & Juan @ G-Tuned Garage are a great team of professionals. They were able to work me into their Saturday schedule; which is typically not a normal work day and by appointment only. That alone was great. I heard about this place through references and based on their reviews and upon meeting the guys @ GTG, the reviews were spot on. Attention to detail and time spent on my wife's vehicle was no doubt very well received. They even offered to give me a ride home and pick me back up once my vehicle was ready. Who does that anymore? So I broke down in the road yesterday and my half shaft snapped while going back home. G-tuned was there way beyond work hours and helped me out and the next day they replaced the shaft as well as my spark plugs and radiator for a great price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE !!!!

The clutch on my truck gave out, and I had some random mechanic fix it he caught the electrical wires in between the transmission and the block causing a short on my a/c . That led to the main computer to short out too. I called several places and was told it cost me over a thousand dlls. to repair. My nephew referred me to Robert and he fixed everything including an oil change for less than half the price others quoted me. From now on I'm sticking to Gtuned even just for oil changes. Very professional and friendly

This guys are amazing. I got there as a client and got out as a friend. They treated me like one of them. I get there at 4:30om on a Friday, which they spouse to close at 6pm, but my truck got complicated. They never give up nor left me down. They keep doing their best no matter what time it was. We finished it at 9:30pm. OMG, I could believe they stayed with me all that time. Thank you guys. I really appreciate what you have done. God bless you all.
