One of the best peterbilt stores in the country right here. I always go to them for parts the staff is always friendly,respectful, and knowledgeable. Their prices are pretty fair as well.

Called while sitting in a TA parking lot . Air leak. 2 hours from their shop. Spoke to Duwayne he said come and I’ll work you in. Tech found the issue. Repaired in under 2 hours and I was back on the road. Thanks.

I called on Friday evening while passing through the area with DEF system issues on the countdown clock to a derate. They were willing and able to get my truck in the shop on Saturday morning. Diagnosed, repaired and back on the road in a couple hours. Top notch service department. Thank you!

Worst shop!!! Took our Pete there they had it for a month when we were told a week. Got it back and mechanic left a bunch of stuff on the motor loose charged 30000 in repairs and didn't fix anything.. I broke on the road due to their mechanic mess up which cost another 2100 in repairs. Was told to bring it back and they would make it right was told just a couple days. Took it back, they had it another 3 weeks and then told me they don't have time for it. They screwed us, charged alot of money for not fixing anything and the shop manager Danny doesn't stand behind his word.. will never take peterbilt any business again

Most expensive and slowest shop I've been to in 23 years of OTR. Boy do I regret coming here, they took me for a whole lot of money and my truck is still having the same issues. He said bring it back... yeah, and I'll just sit in a hotel for another 2 weeks, losing revenue while you guys find more parts to sell me at an inflated price. Not sure what to do, lawyers aren't cheap. These guys really wrecked me.

Awesome place for repairs! Tensioner crapped out and threw my belt. Called Doonan! They sent Justin out and he had me up and running in no time. Fair price, as I was 80 miles out. Highly recommend for all repairs.

Home of the 800.00$ oil change!! Took my brand new Peterbilt in there for first oil change and had a list of things that were supposed to be done at the Great Bend location before truck left that didn’t get done and a sensor that needed replaced note truck had 4100 miles when light came on. My spare switches wired to the back of cab they had 4 days to complete the work and they didn’t know how to turn switches on NO TRAINING and they charged me 80$ to expedite the sensor without my approval the bill was over 880$ for oil change extra fuel filter and the part that they had overnighted. And in the time they had the truck all that got done was oil change and sensor replaced.
