Just came in to get my A/C fixed at GT Pit Stop. (With it being 118+ outside these past few days) Carlos found a time slot for me to bring in my vehicle. Found the problem and recharged my vehicles A/C. Wonderful customer service. I honest to god bought my 2016 BMW 7series with confidence knowing GT Pit Stop will ALWAYS be able to take care of me and my vehicle. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I feel comfortable taking my car here. Carlos and his team are friendly and transparent. I brought my car here because I needed breaks and B0 service, I received a text with a link of video describing the scope of work. I thought it was cool. Because it helps me understand how it all works. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family. Amazing service 🙌🏽

I was already stressing how much the price was gonna be for my ac unit on my benz since taking it to my dealer & given an outrages quote. Recently took my 550i and my x5 here for repairs and they diagnosed and fixed the problems pretty quick considering all the problems my cars had. If you have a bmw that’s needs repair I would definitely take it to these guys they are very knowledgeable about foreign cars and they are honest and do quality work !!!! Carlos and his staff are so kind. They were able to squeeze me in right way and get my car fixed and running that day. They even called me the next day just to check in on how my car was running and if I was satisfied with the work done. I will be using them again and recommending them to all my family and friends.

Ruined my BMW 335i. Used RTV silicon for oil pan gasket resulting in catastrophic engine failure!!! DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR BMW!!

What a fantastic experience these guys were professional, affordable and fast! They diagnosed and repaired my truck same day, and even took the time to tighten up a few bolts that they noticed were loose on my grill. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic. This is the place to go. I highly recommend them.

AMAZINGLY FAST SERVICE! I thought I had a million and one problems and turns out I just needed a new battery! Not only was he able to give me a diagnostic in a day and fix it the next! I didn’t know magic was included in the car fixing process. I’ve found my main mechanic thank you so much!!!!

BEWARE!!!! Over charged for minor work($1,300.) Damaged lug nuts on my tires. Replaced my tires with others that weren’t even matching sizes. Charged me for a rim that I didn’t need replacement for. I only needed one rim, worker stated they were selling a full set which I didn’t need, worker confirmed that he would contact me if they were able to oblige (which he never did) I called to ask about the dishonesty and service. Shop preceded to deflect my question rather than to address & fix the situation with honesty and integrity. Now I have to pay for their unprofessionalism and mistakes. I’ve made multiple reports. Not Veteran friendly, people here sad to say like most auto shops looking to take advantage for a quick buck.

Friendly people, great communication. Cost is reasonable/average rates. As a woman we often feel like mechanic'stey to take advantage of us, well not here. I reccomend them because they're completely upfront and you can see that they can be trusted in the way they break down/ explain the steps they took/take to complete the repairs.

I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here! My vehicle had been having overheating issues, these guys were able to diagnose the issue very quick, and also kept communication with me through the process, which I greatly appreciated, because not many businesses do. On 7/1/20 I went to the grocery store and I locked my keys in my car my phone was in the car so I wasn't able to contact anyone a young lady knew about JT Pit Stop I remember the manager Carlos very nice very kind assisted me one day when I came there to ask him about servicing my car this auto mechanic shop has done excellent work on family and several of my friends car very pleased with their work but when the lady call them asked if they could come out unlock my car so that I could get my keys they came immediately abd they were actually closing they came out anyway Sam the owner very nice man opened up my car for me and bless me and said to me God bless me pray for his family and he told me to have faith because I told him that I don't know why I locked my keys up I have my thoughts somewhere else and he just told me to have faith everything is going to be okay this crisis and what we're going through he was very nice very kind and I would recommend anyone to go there and get their car serviced I am going to definitely be a customer consistently because nowadays you just don't find many good businesses that help when closing and they are very good people and they provide wonderful service awesome mechanics overflow of blessing Mr. Sam for your business as well as you and your family Thank you God Bless Ms. Nene

STOP HERE! These guys will 150% take care of you. I was on the 215 and my Subaru Forester was overheating. I needed an emergency mechanic, these guys happen to be down the street from where I exited. I called first and they said “Yes, bring it! We’ll take care of you”. And they really did, I was 1 hour and 30 mins away from home and really needed the help. Not only did they find the issue (loose radiator hose & possibly bad thermostat) they did it with a smile and an awesome attitude! I especially appreciate Sam and Carlos. Good guys like them are hard to find. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road ASAP! I made it home safe and sound. Oh and they had VERY competitive pricing.

I’m from Iowa and my truck broke down a few blocks from this place. Brought it in thinking much more was wrong, but these super honest mechanics brought me out to the shop to show me exactly what was wrong and ended up repairing for less than I was originally quoted. It’s hard to find honest shops with friendly caring employees anymore so I’d highly recommend this place to anyone in a bind. Got me in and out same day!
