I've been a long-term customer of Groff's Automotive and am always satisfied and happy with their work and service. Recently we had a truck emergency on a Thursday where they just happened to be closed and wouldn't be able to look at it until the following Monday. We had the vehicle towed to Groff's and left a message for them on what we thought was wrong. Monday morning they contacted us with an estimate, and by Monday afternoon, they had the vehicle repaired and back to us! This is a vehicle my son-in-law needed to get to work, so I can't tell you how much we appreciate the communication and fast service we always seem to receive from Groff's. Thanks Dave and Sam!! I'm sure we'll be back! :-)

This wasn't my first time using Groff's and it won't be my last. One of the best things for me this time was that my wife had to pick the car up because I was at work. Her response...they were professional and respectful. Edit: Awesome work as always! Big shout out to Dave and the guys! If you're going to support a local small business, support Groff's Automotive.

Found the issue and had it fixed before the expedited time for the repair. Also warranty’s from past work covered part of the repair. Very reputable company.

I have had the best experience at this shop. Great guys and great work!!! Very clean and professional!! I appreciate the awesome communication. They take care of my vehicle like it's their own. I will only take my vehicle to this shop!! OMG! These guys are the BEST! I had a scary issue and they took care of me right away! I can't say enough about this shop and all the guys workin' their butts off here! I will only take my truck to Groff's!!

When I was growing up and my dad had trouble with the car or Truck he always took it to Groff's automotive. because he new that he could trust them to do a good job on the Vehicles. know that I have my own vehicle that is where I take mine. I can trust them to do a good job on my vehicle and I can trust there work so if you know Anybody that needs there vehicles worked on take it to Groff's automotive they will do a good job on fixing your problems . It is extremely clean shop and very cordial employees. I went in wanting to leave satisfied. Basically though I feel like I paid $500 for Freon? Labor rate was almost $200 an hour basically 30 something dollars worth of Freon and the rest diagnostic and labor, it turned out all it really needed was Freon. I’m not one of these people that give bad reviews and consider myself a fair person and was never rude to them at the time I picked up the car, but I do feel like it was excessive and I don’t feel good about the price I paid basically for Freon?

Extremely friendly and trustworthy folks! I absolutely loved how they showed me the parts replaced and went over it with me as well - really nice to see what is going on, what a mechanic really did for comfortability to know the work was actually done. The little extra on the price is well worth it over taking it to a druid shop like Brake's Plus or what not - leave Brake's Plus to their specialty - the brakes!

Had serpentine belt snap after getting it replaced at a different location, Groff’s honored my warranty and replaced it free of charge for me, I will be going there from now on, service was fast and good work.

I am very pleased with the experience and the professionalism. I have taken my vehicle once before to get my heater fixed and they did a great job and very honest. This time I took my vehicle in because of a knocking noise front left passenger side when driving and a scraping noise when I would brake. I took my vehicle in almost a month ago to Pep Boys to get my brakes and roaters done amongst other things. Well the guys at Pep Boys did a poor job ( that's just a nice way to put it). Dave at Groffs Automotive informed me that the reason why I was having the knocking noise and scraping noise was because the left caliper bracket bolt was missing, the remaining bolt was loose, the caliper was rubbing against the wheel, wheel tape weights had been knocked off, and the right upper slide pin was bent because of incorrect installation. This could have ended in a lawsuit against Pep Boys. Something serious could have happened while driving my vehicle. I thank God it didn't. Groffs Automotive is a blessing! Thank you everyone for taking your time and ensuring that my vehicle is safe to drive.

I have never been to this business before, I'm here about the commercial. Yesterday, I was disappointed when it dawned on me that the Thanksgiving commercial was specific and thus would not appear after Nov. 30. I loved that commercial! Today, Dec. 01, I had a solid laugh at a random commercial. I was truly happy when I saw there would be another month of Groff's commercials. I appreciate the laughs, Groff's, keep em comin'!
