First I would like to thank Frank at Grismer tires for helping me on short notice. I didn't realize my car had summer Tires and I was driving around in Ohio with tires that may have exploded due to the weather conditions. Frank helped and advised me to purchase a great Tire for the conditions that fit my car. Five stars to Frank and Grismer tires. I will definitely take my business back to them in the future.

We’ve been going to Grismer for 10+ years and they always do excellent work. They’re quick, well-priced, and communicative about what needs to be done. They also don’t hard sell on things that aren’t absolutely necessary, which has built a lot of trust for our family.

They got me in quick, fixed the issue quick and didn’t over charge me. It is very hard for women to go to mechanics because they always try to take advantage of us. These guys are honest and did an amazing job on something on my car that I couldn’t figure out myself! Ladies, these are the mechanics you can trust! I normally work on my own car, but, if it’s something I can’t do myself, these are the guys I’m going to. Thank you so much guys!

We used Grismer out of necessity but absolutely blown away with the service we received. Highly recommend! Found the problem quickly, came up with a solution, and fixed it faster than I’ve experienced anywhere else. Very impressed with the professionalism and competence I saw. While traveling through Columbus my car made some weird noises and the check engine light flashed. After pulling off the interstate I found this location and asked if they could fit me in. They were not only able to accommodate while still working through others, but were so kind and helpful for a stressed mom on her third day of a road trip with little kids. Thank you

Went in for an all-wheel alignment they took it back did their initial test on it came out told me I didn't need an alignment and didn't charge me I appreciate their honesty I will always go back
