Very easy to schedule the break job. The quoted price was reviewed and was the exact same price with no pressure to do additional non related work on the car. The whole experience was exactly what I look for with the people I have work on car. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This is home run number two in a row for this company. Always very communicative about the services and gives very good pricing before doing the work. They won't do work that is not needed and will let you know if the work and hold off a little longer. I refuse to go anywhere else for my service needs.

I would give more stars if I could!!!! I scheduled an appointment to get 4 new tires. Justin went above and beyond!!! He helped.me get the best deal i could get on the tires. Then he contacted me about my battery needing to be replaced and I mentioned it was around 2 yrs old. He contacted auto zone for me and arranged a replacement which was under warranty. I completely recommend them for all tire and auto service.

On a busy Saturday afternoon, about an hour and a half from closing, Grismer Tire and Auto was able to replace my flat tire and fix my spare. The staff was polite and helpful in a time of need.

Great service! Tires are always expensive, so you might as well get them at Grismer and get 4 free oil changes and a free tire rotation whenever you get your oil changed. An oil change costs me $100 nowadays for full synthetic, so that deal was awesome. Justin helped me out and was super kind. Plus, you have to check out that rubber tree in there! I was fascinated by it lol

I always have excellent service at this location. They are the absolute best for alignments. They fixed my vehicle where a dealership totally messed up the alignment. Thanks to Grismer, I now can drive the car with it “fighting” me while I drive it. Thank you to all the people that work there, true masters at their craft.

I had a very positive experience with William from Grismer. He was very informative with letting me know what needed to be fixed right away and what we could hold off on and come back to get fixed a different day. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Grismer again.

The old(er) Caucasian man at the front counter that I assume was a manager was very unpleasant and rude to me and my daughter. Our rides car broke down outside of the building on our way home. We simply ran inside to plug up our phone to get an Uber. Mind you it's cold and the midst of a snow storm. My bladder was also hurting badly and I needed to use the restroom that was right across from me. First he told me we couldn't be in there because they were getting their lights fixed even though there were several people standing around. I said okay we can be out i just need to run to the restroom (we had ordered the Uber) because my bladder was hurting. He told me it's not a public restroom. While I get it's a business as I'm a business professional, it costs nothing to be kind. I was literally just trying to use the restroom right across from me and I had my child with me. He chose to be unpleasant and rude but I'm not surprised. The crazy part is I actually did need to get tires🙄

We had a tire emergency and they fit us in last minute on a Saturday. The tire was not able to be repaired, but Justin took a good 20+ minutes helping me call around the Columbus area trying to find someone who had the weird sized tire we needed. I did eventually find it elsewhere, but Justin’s help did not go unnoticed!
