I had a great experience, came in for a Full Synthetic oil change, and to have a tire checked out, they changed my oil, and told me about 2 tires that were dry rotted and the belts were coming apart, got the oil change and 3 tires taken care of.

I dropped my car off the night before my early morning appt. Gary, Grismer’s Master Mechanic called me that morning and said he researched my issue and the service I inquired about was not needed for my vehicle according to the manufacturer, though he was more than happy to perform the work if I still thought it was needed. Gary saved me $325, and I am so appreciative of an honest mechanic. I will be purchasing new tires and need an oil change within the next couple months, and I plan to give all my future busing to Grismer. Thank you Gary!

Had to get my car towed to this shop in the middle of the night because it wouldn’t start and AAA only covered 5 miles up the road and Grismer has a convenient drop off box, cool. Grismer called me promptly that morning to tell me it’s $165 for a diagnostic ($193 with tax), a little pricey but okay. Calls me with the estimate for a fuel pressure sensor on my Lexus, $1488 (parts & labor), that could “go up in price in case we break something trying to fix the issue”. I then called the Lexus dealership to get their estimate on the matter, $900 for sensor, with a change of my spark plugs and labor included. Almost a $500 difference, compared with a dealership!! Yep I’ll go to Lexus from now on! Thanks but no thanks Grismer on broad. **side note** Message received with that 1488 number smmfh

Staff was very polite, service turned out to be bad. They replaced my fuel pump and by time I reach Cincinnati it went out. Had to pay for a tow and do a claims to get it fixed again. Claims department did take care of me fast.

The team was great, brought my car in because it was shaking strangely after a dodged accident. They helped me identify potential problems and got my car looked at super quick. They even helped out my folks when they had tire trouble when visiting town. Would highly recommend if you're in a pinch or otherwise.

Went to Grismer on E Broad for a replacement battery for my Passat. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and Blain was up front about the battery availability and price. I used their website 2 days prior to schedule the service, and they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour!!!!

I came in right before closing on New Year's Eve with a flat tire and the manager stopped work on another car to attend to mine. I drove away with a repaired tire in under 30 minutes.It doesn't get any better than that!

The staff at Grismer are outstanding!!! Jeremy and Greg are wonderful. No matter the problem they can solve it. They are honest, if they tell you you should do this now, but you can wait on this you can trust it. I have taken 5 previous car’s there, and now they take care of current 4 cars in the family. And I referred a friend to them. I have called them 10 minutes before they were to close, sent them a picture of something hanging down under my car and they said come right over we’ll take care of it. I can not say enough about the whole crew. I will never go anywhere else as long as I have a car.
