Excellent service and good caring people. They fixed my brake system that has been leaving me stranded and without a truck for months after brake max ruined my brakes after doing a simple check up. 10/10 would and will keep go back to them.

Brought my Jeep in first thing in the morning because of a loud noise under the hood. Come to find out it had a bad water pump and A/C pulleys. Mark was instantly on the problem and his mechanics did a phenomenal job in remarkable time and did his best to meet my limited budget. Can't say enough about how professional and nice Mark and his team are. A great place and people to count on when you're having car trouble, and you need help. Thanks so much Mark.

I have brought my Chrysler 300s to them a few times and every time they gave me a good price with great service. They replaced my catalytic converter at a lower price than my previous mechanic. They also saved my transmission when I thought it was unsaveable.

Took my car in on a Monday, no call backs. I called them 4 times final on Wednesday I was able to pick the car. When I picked up the car they charged me over $800, but they never informed what were going to do or how much it would cost. This was first time and will be my last. We took the car here because of their advertising with Garrett Lewis on 790 never again.

Just had my first interaction with Griffith Automotive. Mark and his guys are awesome. My pickup broke down on day 1 of a family vacation. Took me a couple days to get it back to Tucson and called them for help. Had a blown injector on a 6.0 powerstroke diesel and in 24 hrs he had me back on the road and heading back out to salvage what was left of our vacation. I can't thank Mark enough and I'll be a customer for life now. Thanks again Griffith Automotive

I Went in and talked to Mark about the AC in my truck - not working well at all. I was told by Micro Imports that the filter in my dash needed to be replaced it would be $1300-$2000 - Micro also said if the dash got cracked it would be approximately another $1000.00. I waited and saved money for 2 years (The heat in my car at times during the summer was almost unbearable). On the a.m. 790 Garrett Lewis show I heard about Griffith automotive & several other people suggested them also. I decided to go in to talk to them before I had MicroImports fix the AC filter. Mark showed me on the computer my truck does not have a filter in the Dash- it had a screen – no filter. He said it would cost between $250 and $500. I decided to give it a chance. He did the work - it was $476. It’s been a little over a month since I’ve had them do the work and my truck is still freezing cold — works wonderful — the AC & the truck. I’ve been going to MicroImports since 1999 – I will never go there again. Griffith automotive saved me a minimum of $700-$2000❗️ Mark explained everything clearly, answered all questions and showed me on the computer what parts existed and what needed to be done . He said exactly what he was gonna do - what was there and what wasn’t. They even took a picture of the screen before they cleaned it and after they cleaned it. The screen you couldn’t even see with the yuck on it – after they cleaned it — which he said took 3 hours looked like a screen. Beautiful wonderful work. I even left a large tip when I paid the bill (I have never ever in my lifetime and I’m 68 years old tipped anybody for working on any of my transportation items) – – Because he saved me a minimum of $700-$2000❗️ For two years I Suffered with the air conditioner not working well at all ( because I believed implicitly in MicroImports- silly me). I will continue going to Griffith automotive – – hopefully they will continue doing the fantastic work they did

Mark and the team have worked on my vehicles since I lived in Tucson. He is honest and fair. I know the work will be done to the best of his ability. He always makes sure I understand what is wrong. He has excellent customer service. He works through the most complex problems trying to figure out the issues. This is a great team.

They came with the highest recommendation, but they don't return phone calls promptly or keep you up to date on what I'd happening concerning your vehicle. I was not treated like a customer.. after several misleading statements. I stand by my review. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they did refund me the price of the engine. The van was at the dealership for trade-in purposes only. Not repairs never again. I am still crying everyday over the way I was treated. Several people placed phone calls for me declaring they have never heard of such.

Went here because the Ford dealer could not fix what they broke. These guys were very friendly and helpful. They fixed our problem quickly and at a fair price. Next time we need car service, we are going back to Griffith.
