Griffin is right down the street from me, so not only is it convenient, but I would select them even if I lived further away. I went yesterday to get them to look at a tire that was put on in May. My tire was under warranty and they were able to identify quickly that it had a nail in it. They did not have the tire at their location but were able to order one and go pick it up immediately and change it same day. I always feel taken care of there.

Called to see if there was a wait to get my tire patched up was told no come on in. I got there around 8:15am and was done by 9am everything was so fast and efficient would definitely go back.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Griffin Tire. It’s where I buy all new tires. This trip , Matt took care of my situation. He reset the TPMS for a most reasonable price. I might just go back for an inspection next month.

I have been working with Sherry at this location for a few weeks now and she has gone above and beyond to help and make sure my warranty claim gets processed and sent correctly. My 12 month old tires had a defect that the manufacturer reviewed and determined were eligible for coverage. The process has taken a little while but Sherry has been helpful each and every time I call to get an update. A lot of the delays were out of their hands but she had been helpful and positive anytime I call. Really appreciate the customer service at this location.

I’ve been using Griffin for years. They do a fantastic job quickly at a good price. What I value most is that they have always treated me honestly. I never have to worry that they are trying to upsell unnecessary work on my car and I feel confident they are fixing my car in the best way possible.

Showed up Thursday morning, around 8:00 AM, for a heavy duty alignment. Seems they were backed up from the day before. They started the job around 5:15 PM that evening before close. “Finished” 30 minutes later and cost $166.66. Turns out they didn’t complete the job after the alignment was said to be complete. Had to return the next morning. Took another two hours for the job to be completed the right way. Overall not great but due to circumstance I was okay with the wait. My vehicle is old, heavy and tall. Not every mechanic shop can service my vehicle.

Went to Mavericks tire and auto and was told it would cost $1200+ for a brakes and rotors change. Went here and was able to get it done for literally half that price. This place actually has a soul and will give you a reasonable price.
