Seeking car repairs as a female can always be an uncertain experience. The folks at Greystone Auto treated me with respect, made me comfortable, and explained what needed to be repaired and why. They also worked quickly and efficiently to get my repairs done by end of business so I would be able to get to work the next day. They strike me as the kind of business who will go the extra mile to not only keep their customers happy but make sure they are truly taken care of.

I absolutely love getting my car repaired here. I have been bring my Hyundai to this shop since 2022 and I have been getting my car serviced here only. They have done an amazing job, they are efficient, timely, and personable. Overall excellent customer service experience.

Five star service! I waited briefly for new wipers but they have such a solid customer base the door was always open….I heard a responsive, knowledgeable, fair-priced, and yes, genuinely caring team. I was very happy with my affordable but high quality wipers (front and back) and a diagnostic check on a side window issue that they did ….they looked at it, cleaned my window and told me what they thought I needed. No charge, just a very good repeat customer business approach. I was super impressed the way that they deliver customer service.

Great place for your auto needs , from tire sales to Brake Replacement. They have the friendly staff and reasonable prices for repairs. I never feel like they are taking advance of my lack of car knowledge like other places. (No names) Come and check it out. You won't be sorry .

Greystone was recommended by Costco to get a front end alignment when I purchased new tires last year. This is the first time i needed repairs. ABS module replaced also ignition coil and spark plug on number 6 cylinder. I have a shop that’s closer to me but I’ll be going to Greystone in the future.

I’ve taken my Avalon to Greystone Tire for several years and have alway’s received professional honest service. The staff is helpful and polite and this location has a clean waiting area which is important while you’er waiting on your car.

Needed replacement of a trailer light wiring harness. Job done quickly at a fair price. When I came to pick up the car I realized there had been a little miscommunication about one aspect — I had wanted a cover for the wiring itself and they thought I was referring to a cover for the plug (which I actually also did need). In minutes, they added a plastic tube covering for the wiring at no additional charge. They’ve now done work on three of our vehicles and every time it was like dealing with an old-school auto repair shop — auto repair work done honestly and promptly at a fair price (and not telling you that you need some other part of work done).

These guys do a really good job. Everything is handled professionally and any changes to the original scope of work are discussed prior to work being done. Friendly staff and the value your time.
