I recently needed a significant repair to my vehicle requiring two new tires, a new tire rim, a tire sensor and tire balancing and alignment. It was Wednesday, Christmas Day evening and my vehicle needed to be towed. Grewal's was the closest AAA recommended repair shop and my vehicle was parked in their lot. The next morning, Thursday, I phoned the shop and spoke with Harry to explain the situation. He was patient to detail the evaluation and repair procedures and the time needed to procure parts and complete the repairs. I phoned the shop Monday morning and spoke with Harry and I asked if he would procure two more new tires to put on my vehicle. He consented and later that day he informed me that my vehicle was ready. At each interaction Harry was very customer-oriented, friendly, helpful and "delivered as promised". I definitely recommend Grewal's Automotive for any auto repair work.

I've been going to Grewal for years now. They're extremely friendly, responsive and honest. They won't do unnecessary work and if something is really outside their expertise they'll send you somewhere else. They'll only install quality parts and are still extremely reasonable on price. Finally, they schedule their appointments, so you actually get your car back when they promised. Not sure how important it is to you, but their bathrooms always smell nice.

I been there with a very weird sound in my pickup truck and some yellow lights included engine light , they got the problem very well and fixed it , even they didn’t charge me any of extra amount , I still order a small part with them and they will fix it very soon , thanks Grewals Automotive

Harry was really great he checked the car resolved AC issue immediately. Honda had me wait for 2 weeks and would have charged $100s. Highly recommended.

I hate to leave a bad review but... In January I had work done. I was adamant then that I have ALL QUALITY OEM parts. I bought 2 knuckles with ball joints pressed in. It didn't have the wheel bearings pressed in. I insisted on getting the OEM bearings to go along with it. To give you guys some profit I decided to let you choose the bearings to use and you told me are OEM. (They are not) 6 months later the passsenger bearing failed. I brought it in as this should be covered under warranty. Twice you guys blamed it on tires. I am no idiot. Also 2 professional mechanics confirmed passenger front wheel bearing bad. You guys twice denied. I had it replaced on my own dollar. Noise is gone. What say ye?

Shady business practices. I dropped my wife’s minivan off for three concerns: Transmission Fluid Service, Check Brakes, and a Suspension Noise. I was sent a $5,800 quote for repairs with several unnecessary services included. I had the brake fluid and serpentine belt changed in the past 3 months and they recommended these anyways. Obviously, I declined all services since the quote was astronomical and didn’t even include the transmission fluid service I requested at drop off. My wife stopped by to pickup the van this afternoon and they charged her a $140 diagnostic fee, which was not disclosed or agreed to at drop off! I never asked for a full inspection of the car so this was another nasty surprise. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Grewals Automotive to anyone.

Their team was able to get my Porsche Cayenne in same day for an alignment and I couldn’t be happier with how fast they got it done and also the outcome of the service they provided. We will be taking all of our European cars to them! 10 star service!

On the recommendation of a friend, I had gone for a technical and mechanical inspection of the car It is a clean and tidy place He gave us a good report He also charged us $80 for the inspection of the car

Me and my father were on our way to Kentucky from Chicago when our transmission blew. We were able to make it to their parking lot by the grace of God. However, when we went in they refused to see us without an appointment. Which I get. I'm a mechanic. You always need an appointment. Unless it's an emergency. I don't know what else qualifies as a an emergency if being stuck 3 hours away from home isn't one. They refused to help us in any way.

Unprofessional guy at the frontdesk. I called in before taking vehicle for battery replacement along with terminal. Over the phone it was mentioned as between $150 - $200 as a rough estimate. I do understand that would be just an estimate. After going in I was asked to wait for ~1hr to be looked at the vehicle & patiently waited. The guy checked the car & asked me where do I get my oil change & I told always at Honda since the vehicle was bought. He then told it would be $279 for replacement. I politely asked him that over phone it was mentioned lower price & then he suddenly got offended & gave back my car keys that he doesn’t want to service my vehicle. I then repeatedly asked him to go ahead & service my vehicle for the new price he quoted, but he still denied & asked me to go to Honda & get it there. I am not sure what really went wrong & it all looked so unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommended this place.

Have always done a great job when we use them to repair our service vehicles at work. There was a spell when I first started where they were so busy the couldn't take on any more work which lead me to go other places but I've been using them again recently and I have zero complaints.
