Went to Greulich's months ago because I heard whining noises from the engine compartment and a battery tester gave me mixed signals of the alternator working and then not working. The mechanics at Greulich's claimed that since my 2001 Cavalier is an older car, noises from the engine were normal. They tested the battery and alternator and said the alternator tested fine but the battery was still not charging properly. I had them replaced the alternator. A few months later I was stuck in traffic and the the battery light went on, then the power steering failed, and finally the engine temperature went way up and the engine overheated. Thanks be to a God and Jesus I was close enough to home to get the car there. I had a mobile mechanic come out and the problem was that the idler pulley was totally destroyed. Shame on Greulich's because they should have noticed the pulley was bad when replacing the alternator according to the mobile mechanic. I DO NOT recommend Greulich's!

Brought my new vehicle here for my 1st oil change. Found a pool of oil underneath the next day. Gasket was left loose & the entire skid plate was full of oil. I brought the car back to get cleaned and repaired. Didn’t receive an apology from anyone. Careless.

Great service. Resolved a complicated issues with our door and they were persistent in making sure everything worked correctly. Even had to send a part back to VW to get one that worked perfectly. Appreciated them fixing it the correct way and not taking a short cut. High quality, great service.

I was looking for a new place to take my truck for oil changes and I couldn’t be happier. Tim was super helpful and they took pictures of everything they suggested needed repaired but didn’t push service on me. Really seem to be honest good people I will definitely go back.

RJ is probably the most knowledgeable person I have ever spoke to in the automotive industry! Not only did he highlight the issues with my car, but also checked my car out for any other issues!
