Once again, I am VERY pleased with the service provided by Greulich. Ken was extremely helpful in determining what services were required. Bobby was very accomodating with customer support and Blaise, as usual, did excellent work. Car drives like new! I always feel so much better driving my car knowing that I can trust the service performed on it! Thank you!!!!

Great repair service and great customer service. My car kept overheating, so I took my car to an auto shop on Monday. My car was ‘repaired’ yet kept overheating. Next day I was stuck on the freeway, so I called this shop and they were able to provide me with a fast and reliable towing company. I highly recommend them; they were transparent with the repairs needed for my vehicle and were reasonably priced. Loved the service provided, thank you again.

Went in for an oil change on my 2018 Chevy Silverado and the dudes in the shop got me squared away. Service was fast and price was the same if I were to do it on my own. They are very professional and were super nice to me. I would recommend shop anyone needing any other services. I will definitely bring my wife's ride for maintenance. Thank you very much.

My girlfriend took our 2015 GMC Terrain to get inspection and oil change. As part of the inspection they said the radiator had a core leak and the repair would be around $1,000. She scheduled the appointment and brought the car home. I put it up on the curb to check it out, and found that only the drain plug ($7.49)needed to be replaced. When I called the manager he told me that he couldn't find the inspection and estimate, and that he believed the tech. If I wanted to bring it back in they would show it to me. NOT HAPPENING. We wont be back.

Been going here for years, but something changed for the worse lately. The last few times we brought cars here, they recommended repairs that didn't fix the problems. I had taken the same car back multiple times. In at least one case they were unable to fix the problem at all after we spent more than $1000. The dealership diagnosed the problem the same day and fixed it for around $300. I'm very disappointed I will no longer be taking my cars there for repairs.

I recently brought my vehicle in due to constant vibration while driving. The team conducted a thorough diagnosis and determined that the motor mounts were broken. They took the time to inspect the rest of the vehicle to ensure there were no other issues. The estimate they provided was fair, and they completed the job in a timely manner. I’m extremely satisfied with the service; everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of reliable car repairs. Greulich’s on S. 48th St provided excellent service. I made an appointment, they were ready for me and immediately started work on my car. My car was finished before I expected. They explained that rust from living in the north had tightened some bolts, I paid the bill and was on my way. They were personable, efficient, and provided explanations of work done that was in paragraph form, not codes. I’m going back to Greulich’s from now on.

Awful just awful. The man at the desk didnt seem to care that I had booked an appointment online as a waiting appointment for them to check my car. Barely bothered to look at me. I had no transport and there was no offer to drop me home or an Uber like their website states. I left my car there at lunchtime and by 5.15pm no one had contacted me. I called but no one answered and when I turned up they were prepared to keep my car all night without even calling me!! I had no status updates or anything. They were completely nonchalant about the whole thing. What a waste of my time and theres! I wont ever be going back,

Greulich's are the only mechanics I have trusted since my sister stopped managing an auto shop 6 years ago. Until recently I haven't had a major issue with my vehicle but they were doing regular inspections and maintenance for me, never inventing a problem or pressuring me into a job. As long as I live near a Greulich's they will be my mechanics.

Greulich’s Awatukhee did an amazing job on my 1500 Silverado. I brought the car in early on a Saturday when my own dealership screwed me over. Greulich’s got me in right away. They did a diagnostic on my car, and they fixed the problem the same day I brought it in. They were quick, efficient, and friendly, and they also paid for my Lyft rides. They also charged me 50 percent less then what my dealership was going to charge me. I highly recommend Greulich’s Awatukhee.

I had a great experience today! My car had been having trouble starting the past few days. I went to Autozone, they sold me a battery but couldn’t install it. The next morning Greulich’s had it installed in about a half hour - no charge. Thank you Ken. I will definitely be back! Plus they are in the neighborhood!

I had to get an immediate repair done in order to pass emissions and was on a very serious time crunch since my tags had just expired. They said it was unlikely, but that they would try to get a longer job like this done in one day. They ended up getting me in and out in one day! Very kind and professional folks over there. Would recommend!

I have been coming here since 2019 and they have been wonderful!! Very kind, thorough, and considerate team. I appreciate the text updates throughout my appointments and how easily accessible my inspection reports are. A lot more tech savvy than any other mechanic I’ve been to! But they also give me paper reports I can keep handy in my glove box. Highly recommend Greulich’s!

The cable that opens my lid snapped, making me unable to lift it. They fixed that, changed my oil, fixed another minor issues, and gave me a discount. Prices were lower than my dealership and everything was professional and transparent. Turned it in at 8am and had it back by 3pm. I live close enough to walk to and from and will definitely use them again.

This was my first time using Greulich’s for my car repair and I will now go to them for anything my car needs! I usually have a mechanic friend of mine work on my car but I recently moved pretty far from him and was worried I wouldn’t find a mechanic I could trust for fair price and great work. Greulich’s was so helpful and upfront about every charge, time frame and explained exactly what was being worked on instead of just throwing mechanic jargon at me. I worked with Nate who answered my many questions and remembered me by name. It felt like I was at a neighborhood mechanic. Thank you!

Took my truck on a Friday and didn't get a call until late Monday! They hadn't even looked at it! All they told me that it wasn't turning on and that they could do anything until it did. They wanted me to buy a whole new battery just to turn it on! I came to pick it up, and I turned it on with very little problems! I drove it out and got my brakes fixed, which was the problem, not my battery! Waste of my time

I had a CV boot rip while driving down the highway and pulled over to check on what repair places where close by Call them to see if they could get me in to look at it. They said yes come on by, I was there in about 5 minutes, they pulled the car in within 30 minutes and checked it out It needed a whole new shaft, dealer item only, they got a new one from the dealer and installed it plus changed the oil and I was back on the road by 3:30 the same day. They communicated through out the repair, I will go back if I need anything
