Greulich’s performed an emergency repair same-day with no appointment. Tom, at the desk, was very helpful, informative, and prompt. Mine and my family’s safety was at the top of their priorities, and it shows in the quality of work they did.

I like the shop better than going to a dealership because they don’t try to sell me on repairs that I don’t need and pictures are taken of all inspected components. The prices are also reasonable

I was having issues with my 2016 Ford Fiesta that I took to two different auto shops that could not diagnose the issue. The team at Greulich's was able to get my vehicle in very quickly, was able to diagnose and repair the issue, and all for a reasonable price. I have not had any problems since! Thank you for giving me my car and my life back! Definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about Zach and the Greulichs team professionalism and knowledge. He saved me from a bad deal on a pre-purchase inspection. He walked me through each issue and help me understand the implications/costs of all the faults found. I was able to negotiate price down significantly thanks to them, but ultimately the cons revealed it wasn’t worth it. If I’m ever back this way for a car, I’ll know who to call and I’ll be recommending to friends. Much thanks.

I took my car to a Honda dealership to be serviced -- unfortunately, I was told that I would need repairs that were not necessary with an approximate cost of almost $2,000. Shortly after I left Honda, I called Tom at Greulich, he kept me calm and set up an appointment for the next day to take a thorough look at my car with a second opinion. I was pleased to find out that the necessary repairs cost half of what Honda quoted me. Honda lost my business. Tom not only saved the day, but saved me nearly $1,000. Thank you!!!!

The guys always take good care of me and my car. I trust them and they always get my car back to me in a timely manner with the issues resolved. Excellent and friendly customer service! There is a Greulich’s closer to where I currently live but I’ll continue to bring my car to this location whenever I’m in need of an auto repair. I appreciate you guys!

Was taking my car to the dealership for oil changes but I won't be anymore. The price was way lower then Honda service and they include tire rotation where Honda charges for everything being done. They give a full inspection report and pics of things that need to be replaced. I had a dirty air filter and cabin filter so there were pics of what they look like. They are personable and while waiting for my car and they checked in on me. While sitting in waiting room for an hour I was getting updates on my phone with what was going on. At the dealership they get your car and they go into a place you never see but here I could see my car when I wanted to. Nothing is a secret. They also work with Car Fax since my car is still under warranty. They are amazing. I will he a retuning customer for sure.

I believe they did their best, but did not help with my problem and instead performed expensive repairs that did not help me with what I brought my car in for. They then recommended other repairs to solve my problem so I got a second opinion from another shop who told me that the parts that Greulich’s wanted to fix were working properly and that I was better off replacing the vehicle due to engine faults that would out-price my car in repairs. So I got a new car and because of Greulich’s was down $3k that could have gone toward a down payment. Luckily I didn’t give them the other $3k they asked for for the second set of repairs that wouldn’t have done anything. They also kept my car for several days each time without a time estimate, which caused me to have to arrange transportation to and from work. I wish I had gone to another shop for a second opinion to start with. They were friendly though.

As it often happens, breakdowns are never convenient. I was able to get my van in quickly and they addressed my needs. They fixed my van at a reasonable price and got it back to me in a timely manner.

Brought my car in because a splash cover was hanging down dragging on the ground, they got me in pretty quick, fixed it up with new parts for a lot less than I expected!really. Nice folks, will go to again and again.

Do not take your car here if you need your car back in a timely manner. I dropped off my car here to get the engine serviced and they hadn’t touched it for 2 entire days so I just went to go pick it up. My usual Greulich’s location I go to somewhere else get on the service in a quick manner.

Hands down the best in the deer valley area. When you talk to the guys up front they're actually up front with you. No sales tactics but actually hey you got this amount of time to get your stuff together before it becomes a problem.

Parked at the shop for the request of overnight check, but lost Dash cam, Sunglasses and Jump start. Service team - Tom is very professional/enthusiastic, and help to feedback this situation to district manager Chris. Tried to contact with Chris twice, but not any feedback after one week. How come this happened to loss stuff at the repair shop?

Sean, and the entire team at Greulich’s were exceptional in their service. They performed an oil change and vehicle inspection before our upcoming road trip, and were quick, friendly, and thorough. When the technician determined we needed to change the air filter, Sean jumped on locating the unique part we needed, and even let me take the car home and called the next morning once they had the part…I drove over and he had the part switched out in less than 10 minutes and me back on my way. Top notch all around, could not have been more pleased.

They are very honest here. Another mechanic wouldn't listen to me and told me I needed work done that I didn't need. Took my car to Greulichs where they listened and fixed the issue. They are now my go to for my car. Joey and Tom were really great working with me and I felt confident my car was in good hands.
