Aaron is always helpful along with the rest of the crew in making sure I get the help I need. I like doing whatever work I can by myself and they never push me into extra service I can do myself or simply do not need right now. Diagnosing to repairs has always been very helpful.

Edit::: DM did reach out and make amends to what was within their parameters to do so. If the company’s leadership does take into account of customer experience and makes steps to improve such encounters , then I believe there’s a possibility for improvement within the workshop too. However, the fact still remains that I was stranded and inconvenience but due to the graces of the DM, I may give the shop another visit. I’m a little disappointed in my recent service for multiple reasons: 1. Car Battery was nearly dead and I wasn’t notified. Admittedly, although it was noted in the paperwork, it was an oversight by myself, it still was not brought to my attention and it ended putting me in a dangerous situation when I left. Better yet, the battery was still under warranty with Greulich but it had to be replaced by another company since I was stranded. 2. Tire rotation was not done initially even though it was noted to do a FIVE tire rotation and I confirmed with the gentleman at the front desk. Greulich did have me return but only a 4 tire rotation was completed. 3. Suspension was noted to be NEEDED to be replaced. Granted my suspension was just serviced by an off-road specialist and the shocks are less than 3 years old. It wasn’t until I noted this that Greulich said it was a mistake. 4. I was told my radiator hoses needed replacement because they “LOOKED” OEM. The reason they looked OEM is because my last mechanic (I’m new to the area), only bought straight from the manufacturer only 1.5 years ago. Was this a mistake too, like my suspension? These are just the most recent stipulations and does not take into account my mostly unfavorable experiences at their other locations (which I’ve omitted from any reviews). Unfortunately, I’ve come to the conclusion that they are SALESMEN first mechanics second. How do they treat customers who are not so familiar with vehicles as I am with mine? I can understand that certain things can slip by but after my recent visit, I no longer have trust with Greulich and trust in a mechanic is paramount. I want to be able to trust that I’m not being mishandled, lied to, and that I can leave with my vehicle SAFELY. This also makes me question the nearly $1500 my wife and I spent on her vehicle last month because we thought this mechanic had OUR best interest at heart. Now after my recent visit, it has all been jeopardized and this will be our last visit. I recommend to all other customers to heed warning to my experience and maybe only limit your services to oil changes. Thank you.

Had some issues with my car’s oil level and accidentally overfilled it. Greulich’s was right nearby and I stopped there and they helped me drained the extra oil from the tank at no cost! Thanks for the help guys!

I had a complicated bulb issue, and they were SO helpful! They were able to give me an option that worked out great! I always love coming here, they are so detailed! Reza was amazing! Truly a 10/10 service! Thank you guys again!

I had never previously used Gruelich’s, but have heard good reviews about them. The manager, Reza, was great to work with in finding the issue and finding how to correct the issue. I am very pleased in trying Greulich’s and I will be back.

I took my van in couldn't figure out what was wrong with it robert kept me informed on what could be the issue and when michael found out the issue they let me know and got it fixed will definitely be going there for now on when I need work done to any of my vehicles

Very professional. I thought the way they gave photos of the issues they found with my Lincoln, inpressed me. They also let me know where my vehicle was in the repair process. I was also inpress that they are not pushy on up-selling additional work that may need to be done. As a result I have scheduled repairs with Greulich Auto Repair on issues they found.
