Honest people and fair prices. I’ve had tie rods done, a CV axle replaced, an engine mount and plenty of inspections from the team here, all at different points in time. You can tell they really care about their people and their vehicles, glad they’re close af, you can’t go wrong with this shop.

This business is awesome. We brought in our 2007 truck because of a noise we were hearing. Chris and his team were great. They did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and outlined what work was needed now and what could wait. They were sensitive to the cost of the needed repairs and worked with us. The truck runs very good now. Finally, we have found an auto repair shop we can trust!! This place is truly a gem. We highly recommend Greulich’s Automotive Repair.

Service was good. Many problems came up with insurance getting the right part but not the fault of the shop. Things were handled as fast as they could. AC works good now thanks. Will be back next time something goes wrong.

I brought in my 8p to get it back in working condition. I gave them a whole list of problems that needed fixed. They looked through everything, and gave me an estimate on it all. I decided it was not worth fixing given my situation and to just sell it instead. They had my car at least 3 days, waiting for me to decide what to do with it. They were very patient and understanding with me, explained a lot of things to me, and they made it a very fun experience. I talked to probably 6 people and all of them were very funny, very kind, professional but not too serious with me which I loved. I highly recommend this place.

New manager, big price increases, everyone I heard getting there cars needed at least $900-$1500 of repairs needed. Doubt I will go back here.

My senior parents were told by Hyundai (at the dealership) that a their CV boot was cracked and leaking. They were quoted over $1,000.00 to repair and it was not in covered by their warranty. They took it to Gruelich to get a competing estimate. Gruelich put their car on the rack and took my parents in and showed them that it was actually a valve cover that was leaking, then oil drained down and dripped off the CV boot. Estimated cost to repair approximately $300. Hooray for honesty and integrity. Thank you Gruelich!

One of the best shops I've ever been to in my whole life my oil change for my SUV was $72.73 out the door but the other coupon that they give out every week! Also they accept extended warranties if you ever have an issue with your car please bring it over they're very fast with the service they had my car done in one day they had to fix broken motor mounts which was covered by my extended warranty they also reached out to the extended warranty and created a ticket for it immediately it was the best experience I ever had

Finally under proper management! They go above an beyond in every aspect, and never recommend something that isn't needed. **2nd edit. Tried giving the location on Alma school and Guadalupe another shot. NEVER again. The manager was more personable, but didn't do anything they normally do with an oil change. Told me battery was a little on the low side but should be fine for awhile. Fast forward 2 days and about 350 miles, and battery dies. They didn't even tell me it was low and offer to sell me one. Also told me I was due "soon" (60,000 miles) for some maintenance, after I checked out. I was at 59,250ish. Meanwhile all the employees are standing in the bay literally picking their noses. I will gladly drive further to a true greulichs who cares about their customers and performance maintenance or at least gives options to do so same visit. Won't go to alma school/Guadalupe location again, as Craig the manager was vaping, and never looked up at me. My faith was restored with Cody at Germann/alma school location though! Brought vehicle in for oil change. They were very open about what was going on with vehicle. Showed me a belt that was wearing out, and offered payment options. Definitely trust my vehicle repairs to them!

I have been using Greulichs for my oil changes for about 2 years. I'm very happy with the service and I feel welcome. I had a quote for a water pump a few months Back and they held true to the quote when I was ready to have the work done. The work was done efficiently and I will continue using their services.

The team at this location did an excellent job fixing the oil leak in my car. Customer service was top notch, including the communication/follow-up messages. I will definitely bring my vehicle here for future maintenance.
