I would like to commend Greitens Auto Service for their excellent service. It had been snowing all day yesterday and this morning, I found out that my windshield wiper fluid ran out. I called them at 7am for help and advised me to come in. They got my wiper fluid replaced and made it to work right on time! Thank you for your kindness and wonderful service! Wish you all the best!

They do excellent work at reasonable cost; are totally honest and trustworthy; and provide professional, kind and caring service often beyond the norm.This visit for a poor truck with a dead battery, towed from the City Tow Lot, was the same high quality and personable service.

Greitens Auto service is a very reputable service station. The inspection process is very thorough with very detailed pictures. The maintenance service is excellent, and the cost is within my comfort zone. It takes time to find a good place to get auto maintenance done on your vehicles. Called for a second opinion on the dealer's service department's recomendation that I spend $900 resurfacing the front brakes on my Prius. Mike clearly described how, because of the hybrid braking system, the front brakes aren't used much so they aren't rust free. I'm sure he can explain this better than I can. They did a complete inspection, and sent me happily reassured that it will be a long tme until I actually need new brakes. Thanks so much!

Great experience. They helped us with new brakes, fixing two tires with nails in them, and an oil change. Fast service, good communications, fair pricing, and they offered use of a loaner car so I didn't need to rent a car or Uber for the day. Will be back as our cars need work done. Thanks guys.

Great service! Above and beyond! I was stuck in the area for business when my car broke down. I was looking at reviews for other places and this auto shop stood out, so I took the chance. And I was happy with this chance. They were able to work quickly on my car and I was able to go home on time because they went above and beyond for me in the short time frame I had - they definitely didn't have to, but they did! Thank you to my mechanic and the gentleman in front! You all saved me a lot headaches and a lot of time!!
