I brought my car in to get my rear brakes fixed. They were easy to set an appointment with and inspected my entire car. I love that they broke the inspection down into things that were okay, things that were recommended to tend to, and things that NEEDED to be fixed immediately. They were so professional and made me feel comfortable, they got my car in quickly, and I think the price was very reasonable. Definitely will be going here in the future for my car repair needs.

they do great work. Parker is always straight up with you on what they find and what your options are. Even though the original Greg's was bought out by a larger company they this shop in Covington does not seem to have lost the personal touch.

Front desk was friendly and it was easy to get an appointment. The tech misdiagnosed my car, and it was a waste of money. He also broke my air intake hose, causing more problems.

The team at Greg’s in Covington is awesome! Especially Parker and Denny. We always receive the best service and never get upsold on additional, unnecessary services. On our older vehicles, they give us advanced notice on things to look out for and give us an estimated cost so we can plan for it. Their pricing is always up front, reasonable and very competitive, especially when compared to the dealership. I am super happy with Greg’s and will bring all my cars there for service. They are the best!

First time do oil change other than dealership. I would say they are very honest and charge reasonably. Unlike dealership they won't ask you to replace things that yet really required to replace. Overall the process is smooth and pleasure. I will continue use Greg's JP auto and recommend to my friends as well

Very good experience. I was there on time and they took me in right away. Was in-n-out in 45min for an oil change. Plus they gave me a diagnosis on my car that made sense to me for some items I knew were ready to be addressed. Very friendly and patient with my questions. Wish I had gotten the name of my technician but he did a great job walking me through everything. I will be back.

Additional visitsbjave been great. Thorough car care and excellent explanations. First Visit: Excellent -- well versed and thorough. I heard about Greg's from someone at another place I usually go. Their prices seem good and they are more thorough and attentive. Their automated messaging about the status of your car is great also.

Easy to setup an appointment and great communication before, during and after job. I had a concern due to a noise and rather than just replacing the parts they did a inspection and said it looked ok to them. I appreciate the honesty to help save me some cash. Ended up getting some other work done based on their inspection. Quick and fair price.
