When you say you're going to get something done, then do it. Horrible service. Won't ever be using this shop again. Word to the wise, do what you say you will do.

I used Greg's for the first time 2 weeks ago. I was amazed at how professional,pleasant and knowledgeable everyone was. My car runs great and I spent a LOT less than I thought. Free shuttle service is a big deal to me and I was stunned to hear that all customers get free road service for 6 months. This is a family owned and operated business and has earned their reputation. Service Tech Ken in Renton treated me like I was the only customer he had that day and I appreciate it.
