Excellent service was very honest and worked with me on what the issue was he found the problem immediately, got the part . He knows his stuff and is very nice as well. My car runs like charm now. I will definitely take it to Greg's auto repair in the future. Good people :)

Not only are Greg’s prices great, he’s anlso a genuinely nice guy. He provided a lot of information about my car and what exactly was wrong with it. He’s also super transparent about his pricing and will spend time searching for the best possible deal. I’ll definitely be back!

Exceptionally Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Conduct. I had a truly dreadful experience with this individual and their business. The lack of respect and abysmal customer service skills were evident from the moment I engaged with them. It is no surprise that their business is now defunct, given their behavior. First and foremost, this person has a blatant disregard for their customers. They displayed no respect whatsoever during our interactions. Their condescending attitude was evident in every conversation, leaving me feeling undervalued and disrespected. Not only were their prices outrageously inflated, but their reaction to my decision not to purchase parts from them was completely unprofessional. Instead of understanding and respecting my choice, they became irritable and salty. As a customer, I have the right to explore different options and make informed decisions without facing such hostility. To add to the already terrible experience, this person exhibited reckless behavior while driving customers' vehicles. It was truly alarming to witness their complete disregard for safety and the well-being of both themselves and the vehicle. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and responsibility. Furthermore, their attempt to charge me a fee simply for inspecting the car was nothing short of a money-grabbing scheme. As a customer seeking their expertise, I expected a thorough evaluation without any additional charges. It is their job to assess the vehicle, not mine. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against engaging with this individual or their business. Their disrespectful attitude, exorbitant pricing, reckless driving, and unjustified fees are all clear indications of their lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable, reliable business that values its customers.

Greg really knows his stuff! We called to get a fuel filter replaced and have the squeaky brakes checked on our 2016 GMC Canyon. He ordered the fuel filter right away (even found one on sale) and got us in as soon as it arrived. He went through the maintenance schedule for the mileage on our vehicle to see if anything else needed done, asking about tire rotation, ball joints, air filters, etc. He really cared about the longevity of our truck. He didn't push any extra unnecessary things like some other shops do. He did exactly what we asked and very quickly, we dropped it off at 11 and picked it up by 4 the same day. Greg was able to service my vehicle on short notice before moving across the country. He diagnosed the oil leak and had it fixed up within days of me bringing the truck in at a fair price. He is very knowledgeable and has been doing this a very long time, cannot recommend him enough.

Greg is a legend. Every time I take my car to him he treats me like his own son, spending time and searching for the lowest prices on the parts so that my expenses are minimized. He never shies away from providing useful information on the related parts/mechanics of my car either. I have nothing but respect for him. May God bless him and his business.

Greg is very knowledgable, has fair rates and is very pleasant to talk to. He finished a regular servicing of my car in a couple of hours. He didn't upcharge with unnecessary services. Great place, totally recommended.

Greg is a certified Mechanic and really knows his stuff. He took extra time looking up the particular issues surrounding my cars radiator problem and gave me a very fair price to get it fixed. His shop is amazing as the floor is almost clean enough to eat off of. He is also very organized. Very good first impression!

I am very happy with the work done by Greg's Auto Service. Greg is a great mechanic. I've had various work done on my cars here over the years. Greg is very knowledgeable in all aspects of repair due to his years of experience working on all types of vehicles. He will take the time to explain the repairs done, why they are needed, and the likely cause. Greg provides his services at a great value. The prices are always fair, and he has never ripped me off. The same cannot be said about many other mechanics. The major worry that many people have is that a mechanic is going to overcharge or recommend unnecessary repairs in order to maximize their profit. Greg does not do this. He is an honest mechanic, which is why I continue to give him my business. -Thank you Greg!

This is my second time coming to Greg’s and will continue to do so for now on. I’ve never felt this confident in a mechanic in regard to my vehicle. He explains everything, really wanting the customer to understand what he is doing and alternative routes that can be taken…similar to a doctor. Most definitely this is his passion, not just a job. Last time I took my 04 Honda CRV to him was because the timing chain had completely warped and was out of time causing the engine to seize up. A lot of work and care was done and I was informed every step of the way what he was thinking. Truly appreciated the thought and explanation given. Be prepared to listen lots during very frank conversations.

Replaced a water pump. Did very fast and good work, spent time talking with me to help me understand the problem. Not a bad mechanic, but sometimes a bit harsh, would feel more comfortable if less harsh.

I was very pleased with the service I got at Greg's, they were prompt and made sure I was informed .. It was refreshing to take my vehicle there and not be pressured to do more than what I requested. When I went to pick up my vehicle they took the time to explain what they had done and what services I would need in the future. I will be taking my car to Greg's for future repairs.

I brought in my vehicle for a 100,000 mile maintenance check-up, and I went away feeling like my vehicle will last another 100,000 miles without any major issues. I am a little bit of a do-it-yourselfer when it comes to taking care of my own vehicle. However, there are some things that I would prefer that a professional do, just so I don't mess my own car up. The staff here were able to work with me to explain what they were doing, and give me the option of whether I wanted to do it, or if I should have them do it. As they were pulling my vehicle apart to do work on it, they gave me a phone call and asked if I wanted to have to keep going or not based on what they had found. Ultimately, I found that I could really trust the staff in the work that they were doing, and I feel satisfied with the end results. AND they were able to finish with the work under the estimate that they gave me, which felt pretty good.

My girlfriend was having issues talking to Greg about some problems she was having. His labor cost was adding up quick due to problems she already knew and instead doing what she said originally, he wanted a diagnostic for $150 which in the end told him the original problem she already told him with a free diagnostic from Jiffy Lube. She then returned to pick her car up with a large bill she was not ready for, a 45 minute lecture on how she doesn't know what she's talking about, and me having to tell him to calm down so he'd talk to us with a little respect. He needs to go back to customer service 101 and start completely over. He was very disrespectful to my girlfriend and I and I don't recommend his services to anyone. He may have knowledge and be car savvy, but he needs better customer service skills. Two days later and the check engine light came back on after the work that was done...
