Great, honest mechanic. Hard to find people like these nowadays. I highly recommend this place. They are also very friendly. The owner went the extra mile to help me out with my VW. I will certainly be back - and have already recommended these guys to others!

I came from a mechanical background and I know my cars. I called knowing EXACTLY what I needed and asked for a quote and that I was bribing the factory part straight from the dealership. I was told I cannot get a quote without the guy taking a look at it, and that he will not use any parts clients bring in. Mind you I had to special order the part for my car, and I wouldn’t even have tried to install it. It didn’t matter. The lady on the phone only got ruder and ruder and it was ridiculous. I would’ve loved to have the good experience others seemed to have, but that’s not the case. I would NOT recommend taking your cars here as no matter how good they are, the customer service absolutely destroys any positives for me. I’ll just continue working on my own car in the garage.

I took my daughter’s car in for service and they were great to work with. Scott took the time to call me and walk me through my options and the pros/cons of each. The reviews don’t lie. They are honest, reasonable and put themselves in your shoes as they suggest the best path forward. I’ll be going back here for sure.

I've used this place for a few auto repairs. I feel I get an honest upfront idea what's wrong with my vehicles and what I can expect. When it's finished I am confident it was repaired correctly....something hard to find with many businesses these days.

I've take my car here several times for major work since moving here a few years ago. They always seem to do a good job. I live close by so it's very convenient. They've even offered to pick me up and bring me home several times! This is extremely appreciated since I don't usually have alternate transportation. Thanks GSO Autotech for taking such good care of me and my "Enchanted Forester"!

Very first experience at Greensboro autotech and they are very knowledgeable, timely and friendly! I went there for a pre purchase car inspection and Scott found evidence of flooding and other damage that I would have never found myself. Scott went above and beyond what most mechanics would have and saved my family money and probably heartache. If you are buying a car bring it here first and they will leave no doubt in your mind if it is the right car for you or not. If I lived in the area I would only bring my car here for service!

My check engine light has been on for a month due to insufficient cooling temp. I've been procrastinating having it looked at because as a woman who knows nothing about cars or how much repairs cost, I'm always worried I'll get ripped off. Greensboro Autotech (I believe his name was Scott, please correct me if I'm wrong) quickly diagnosed what was wrong and explained it to me. I realized that maybe my warranty would cover a part I needed. He tracked down my warranty info and discovered that I HAD to take my car to a particular Mazda dealership to use my warranty. He spent a lot of time investigating this. I felt a little ill thinking I'd have a big bill from Greensboro Autotech for their time and service and still need to pay to get it repaired at the dealership (begrudgingly). That was not the case AT ALL. I'm really impressed by the ethics, expertise, and kindness given to me today. This is the only auto shop I'll be going to from now on.

What a guy! Saved me 40k by doing a complimentary pre-purchase inspection on a used truck I was 95% sure about to buy. The truck ran great, looked great and had only 50k mile… but was not selling for months on the Carfax report. Within 15 mins he had figured out the engine was replaced, the trans hose was leaking and it was a flood truck with mold damage. Was kind enough to walk me around the truck showing me all the evidence of hidden modifications. Thank you so much for preventing the Greensboro Crown Dodge Jeep Ram dealership from stealing my hard earned money! Stand up guy and has my service for life! Thanks again!

Highly recommend Greensboro Autotech! A friend referred me and I couldn't be happier. My car was making a noise and my brakes needed to be fixed. Noel took great care of me and was extremely helpful, great communicator and very reasonable. He told me as soon as he could what was going on with my car and kept me updated. I trust them and will definitely use them again! Thank you for such great service!

First experience today--so impressed. I took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection and they found evidence of an undisclosed significant accident that I never would have found. Very very professional and fast and great to work with. I haven't been so impressed with a mechanic in years.

Great service, good work, and integrity. My check engine light was on, and they thought they had fixed it by replacing a sensor. The light came back on a couple days later, so I took the car back, and it turned out that another sensor was bad, but they didn’t charge me for the second repair. They are now my “go to” auto shop.

I had a great experience today with Noel at Greensboro AutoTech. They were extremely friendly and were able to diagnose the awful noise coming from my front brake. Noel was very personable and I appreciate how quickly they got back to me. I will definitely use Greensboro Auto Tech from here on out.

I brought over a car from a dealership to Greensboro Autotech for a pre purchase inspection and they were very honest with me about the condition of the car revealing some issues with it that the dealership itself didn’t make known to me and saved me from buying a headache of a car.

We have had great service from Noel. He truly loves what he does. I am a current customer and stopped by this week around 4pm for a glass issue on a different car (my young adult daughter’s car). Noel was kind enough to point me in the direction of another repair shop called Windshield Glass on Spring St in Greensboro. Excited to report the issue was resolved beyond my satisfaction. After reading so called great reviews posted here, I went there to have a check on my failed Blind spot monitor which is fairly straight forward issue, for that the person at front desk asked me to book an appointment after a week and he is telling 110$ diagnostic fee for it what he is going to diagnose with?? this is the same treatment you will get with toyota service center where there itself they are charging 69$ only for diagnostic I dono how come these many positive reviews for a simple issue why i need to do diagnostic and pay for actual repair. Please rate the people properly and responsibly to avoid lot of misleads. I just went there thinking this is normal auto shop where they dont charge much.

I had gotten an oil change from another shop and they completely stripped my oil drain plug. When I went back to them about oil leaking they tried to say it was from something else. I decided to go see Noel at Greensboro Auto Tech because I had heard good things from a few family members who had gotten work done by him. He explained what happened and got my car fixed in a timely manner and at a great price! I will definitely be going to Greensboro Auto Care for now on !

Thanks Autotech for an amazing experience. My car started ferociously jerking Wednesday night, requested an appointment early Thursday morning, got a call when the opened around 8, dropped my car off and had it back by days end yesterday. Noel was super friendly and accommodating. He called me several times throughout the day for updates and was very honest about what needed fixed versus what should be. I still can’t believe they did all this in one day. That’s unheard of these days and they’ve gained a new customer going forward. Super happy to have a car for the holiday weekend.

Took car in for no air conditioning, diagnosed and gave me a return call with an estimate. Ultimately, the 12 yr old compressor and clutch needed replacing. The shop turned the job around in one day. They called the next day with the job complete Thanks for the fast response during the peak of the summer heat. Oh the job was done for what he estimated.. Thanks again!
