Wow their customer service over the phone was disappointing. I just called to ask questions about the services prices and the guy on the phone had an attitude and responded rudely like I was bothering him by just asking a few questions. If you can’t speak kindly to potential customers then have someone else answer the phone. To your response, thank you for proving my point that you are incapable of being friendly and helpful.I called to ask for a price on a different service. It’s not my fault you did not listen correctly.

Came in for an oil change. They stated there was something wrong. Claimed to do a diagnostic. Said it was the alternator. Paid over 600 to replace. 5 days later the alternator they replaced was bad. Said I had to pay another 400 plus. Garbage work. Garbage service. Would not recommend

Great place for oil change. We've taken our Corolla in for multiple oil changes here and it is always a great and friendly service. They also check out breaks and make sure the car is safe for the road. Highly recommend! :)

I can’t say enough AWESOME things about my experience. I personally get anxious in auto places whether it’s for my tires, fluids, filter or oil, but the crew at Green Rider made me feel comfortable and confident in what was happening. Everyone talked to me in “easy to understand” terminology, was very professional, and personable. Just for the energy and environment alone I would recommend this place, but moreover, they are a good honest business. Affordable for their services and they go above and beyond. I moved here from Chicago in a semi-emergency situation and needed my oil changed in April after the Chicago to Sacramento fleet. They took care of me then when I was in a new place and transitioning from my move, AND they took care of me today out of the kindness of their heart. Im moving back to Chicago today (driving that is)! And I figured I should check my vehicle’s health. I went back to Green Rider Auto Service today cause I was struggling seeing the read on my oil stick (yes I have an older car), and I did not get charged for their checkups/services which was to simply check my oil for me. They topped me off with two more quarts of the GOOD stuff, filled my tires to the correct pressure, hooked me up with break fluid, wiper, etc. cleaned my filters and cracked a few fun jokes and conversation while working. It was really a nice experience like I said! Felt at home. Anyway, check them out not just because they are good at what they do, but because there are good hearted people doing what they do. Thank you Green Rider crew for taking care of me! Cheers

We LOVE this place and after one visit we would never consider going to another location. You do not need to get out of your car. They are fast, friendly, a great rate and always do a bit extra. Even when there is a big line they move quickly. Note they are closed on Monday! We HIGHLY recommend.

Best place to get oil changes in the area! Fast, efficient, value pricing, and nice owner. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to just show up seeking quick, convenient, and no frills servicing. Drive thru oil changes. Cars line up in order of arrival and are serviced by driving into the garage bay. Drivers and passengers get to stay in their vehicle the entire time. Tire air checks complimentary. $78.40 all-in for a synthetic oil change.

Fastest oil change I’ve ever had. Came right when they opened, took them about 7-8 minutes. Communicated throughout the whole process. I will be returning idk about all these other reviews but they gave me great customer service and were very polite.

I didn't have an appointment just showed up, said, "I needed my brakes checked and potentially replaced, I wasnt in a rush." Vic and his guys were geting these cars moving. I was in and out in no time at all... big thanks to you guys, Awesome service, and customer service 👏

Service here was outstanding! Definitely recommend coming here for your next oil change✅ There was two mechanics that helped me out and they were super nice, welcoming, and friendly. The place is kind of like an oil change Drive-In 🚙✨ You pull up and they quickly start working on your car. And as they work on your car, you can stay comfortably seated in your car too! As I waited, they even put air in my tires and added windshield washer fluid (since it was low). Overall, Green Rider Auto Service did such a great job! I’ll be back after another 3,000 miles driven 😄

We brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection, and Victor was absolutely wonderful. He was thorough and explained and showed us the items that concerned him. I would definitely bring my car here for maintenance/repairs. I wish more mechanics were like Vic.

Awesome team at Green Rider. Professional, thorough, friendly, and efficient. They know what they’re doing and they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need and the prices can’t be beat. I’ve been coming to Green Rider for years since I lived in South Sac and now that I live downtown I’m still making the short drive to Green Rider. Can’t see that changing anytime soon!

Quick and efficient service. An oil change for my car came out to be ~$75. The workers were all very friendly so I came out of here with a good experience overall. I hope to be back soon whenever I next require their services.
