purchased the same exact truck in rochester hills michigan for $34,000 cheaper than their vehicle. manager was beyond rude, sales lady was rude, floor manger was rude. i’ve used them for years and never will i buy a vehicle from here again.

1st time ever stepping into a ford dealership. My key broke. Went in and had to buy a new key. $200 and advised to schedule an appointment to come back to have it keyed and programmed. Another 122 dollars. They were unable to program the key. Said it was a junction box/battery issue.....called and spoke to service advisor who is no longer employed there, which is probably a good thing as he apparently did not know what he was doing when programming my key. I left numerous voicemails for the service manger. Called again and spoke to someone else who said they would call me back by the end of the day. Left another message for the service manager as well. He called me back and stated he or the other guy I spoke with would get back to me by the end of the business day. Next day, no call received, left another message for both service manager and customer service department. I was able to get my key programmed at another Ford dealership and I have requested to have the $122 refunded to me for services NOT rendered. My key was NOT programmed. Poor customer service. I will drive out of my way to another dealership to avoid this dealership. Next is BBB. Someone better call me back.

I guess management folks r good. But sales people need to learn how to talk to customers. We will remember. Never underestimate word of mouth, when u talk down to people while u manipulate prices (gouge).

I have yet to post my review a year later because I did not want my emotions to push me towards saying anything hurtful. I decided that future service customers looking to have work done at Green Ford needed to hear about my experience for their own safety. I took my F350 in for a routine oil change/tire rotation. I was waiting for quite a while, but I do understand staffing can make it hard to push folks through in a timely manner. Upon “completion” of my service, I got in my vehicle and proceeded to pull out onto Wendover. I quickly noticed something was very very wrong. I had almost no control over my steering and it was extremely wobbly and cars were flying by me, as they do on Wendover Ave on any given day. I quickly and safely got myself turned around and headed back to the dealership. Upon pulling into the service bay, employees gave the vehicle one look and knew something wasn’t right. It was discovered that there were four loose lug nuts on a single wheel. As compensation for sending me to my death on Wendover Ave, I was offered a complimentary oil change/tire rotation on my next visit. No, thanks. Service charges were already covered under the warranty on my vehicle at the time, so they weren’t really doing me any favors to repay me for such a traumatic experience with what should’ve been your run of the mill service. I will say that the female in charge of service at the time was very kind to me and understood my sincere concern for my safety. That is the only reason I can even give one star. I just felt like it was sort of swept under the rug as a casual mistake and I certainly didn’t want to return for any future work on my vehicle for the sake of my life. Yes an F350 is much better than a smart car to have an accident in, but that doesn’t mean I welcome it with open arms. Green Ford service techs, do better. You should be ashamed of putting someone’s loved one in danger like that. Imagine it was your daughter or wife being sent out on the road like that. Unacceptable.

Uriah is a great salesman, and my experience working with him was quick and pleasant.... My impression of everyone else was not so good, seems to be little to no communication between departments. When they wanted me to purchase a car I heard from them 10 times a day, once I did purchase and had issues it was hard to get a hold of anyone.

have tried to get an inspection several times. They are too busy or there's a 2.5 hour wait time and they don't take appnts. I guess they are just to busy for me. My husband has used them many times and often there are problems.

Got oil changed, they brought up 2k of work to do but i didnt want to. They told me all these expensive fixes but didnt think they should tell me bolts for the under cover were bad, just left it hanging. Went back to fix and they mention that something is leaking, where was that 1 week ago?

I have always loved and have used quick lane for my vehicle’s oil changes, but today my experience was not so good at allwhile waiting to get my vehicle in for an oil change/tire rotation. When i got there i was told there was a 1-1 and half hr wait just to get the vehicle in so I decided to wait. More than estimated time had passed, so I decided to ask how much longer. I was told that they had had an issue while working with someone’s vehicle so i had to wait another 35 minutes or less. So while waiting again, i heard my name so I walked to the receptionist and she just said that i to wait longer or that i could schedule an appointment for another day. I’m alway busy and after wasting more than 2hrs of my time I wasn’t going to wait more. I believe they need to be more organized so people won’t have to be wasting time like i did. Smh

I'm an avid Ford owner. I've been coming here for years and I always feel like they have poor communication, they double talk, the prices always vary for the same work. This time was like others and on the service end, they fix cars well. They don't honor pricing, estimates and are often unprepared on the customer service end. I could go on...

Megan was a breath of fresh air. Sadly you do not see sincerely kind and helpful customer service like she provides too often anymore. The service was quick, considering I was a walk in and I would give 10 stars to Megan if I could! I hope they know what a treasure they have in her.

Never had any complaints with this place always satisfied until yesterday,took my vehicle in for repairs got home and the problem wasn't fixed called them within 30 min of leaving there,called 3 times spoke to someone only to be told that someone would call me back and it never happened.So I figured someone would call me this morning and finally someone did but only after I called them,I am somewhat disappointed because usually they give you good service,I have an appointment for Tuesday and we will see what happens, come on ford you fumbled with a loyal repeat customer .

They told me that they could not get the oil fill cap off of my 1998 Jeep TJ, that it “just kept spinning.” They terminated the service and brought my jeep around. I asked if I was able to get it off if they could complete the service. The guy at the counter said no and recommended that I purchase a new one before attempting to take that one off. Be sure that child safety caps were invented for this group of individuals. After arriving home, with the smallest amount of downward force and spin to the left the cap came off without difficulty. If only Chrysler knew that their cap design would fool the trained individuals at this establishment. Would they have gone so far as to put in the safety feature? We will never know. I was able to complete the rest of the oil change in the drive way without much hassle, did make a bit of a mess cause my driveway is on an incline. Which I was trying to avoid by having it done at a shop. Oh well 1/5 stars, I will be sure to let my 8 year old daughter know that she has the dexterity and grip strength that out classes a bay full of “mechanics.”

Time to change the Quick Lanename !Been using quick lane for 7 years , saturdays have been getting a waste of time, I’m here before they open .sitting for 2 hrs and still not in , Need to have an actual Quick lane just for oil changes , too many repairs taking up the bays , may have to look around for another place , when you don’t have a way to drop off car ,this is unacceptable

To whom it may concern every time I buy a car from Greenford I use quick lane for my maintenance I went into quick lane today and I got a oil change tire rotation I was told by Megan that on my driver's side of my car my strut was bent and it was expensive so I didn't feel comfortable I was upset I left I took my vehicle to another dealership and they put my car on an alignment come to find out all I needed was a wheel alignment and I was very misled at by Megan and I will not be coming back and I will be contacting the better Business bureau thank you
