I usually hate going to get oil change due to the fact I feel that I'm getting cheated or talked down to but this place had excellent customer service and felt right at home fast and friendly helpful great experience. Great price will recommend.

I recently moved to Winter Haven and found this place by a coupon offer for an oil change. This will be the only place I will bring my two cars to. The best place every. They are friendly, they don't push you to get other things done yo the car. They will give you a printout of suggested items your car will need in the near future with pricing Grease Monkey was very clean and organized with car parts. The employees have great communication with each other. You can stay in your car while they do oil changes or go into a very clean waiting room. This is a full service environment. While they are changing the oil, another employee will clean the outside of all the windows and vacuum it out. They also will was your car. No, there is no additional fee for that service. Please give them a chance, and you will not regret it. Fair prices. Friendly service. Be open for a few months

Randy and his crew are true professionals! No rush, no upsale attempts. All questions answered and a renewed faith in the "quick lube" service was experienced. Enjoyed a nice Veteran discount as well! HIGHLY recommend Grease Monkey in Winter Haven!

An older gentleman just told me I can’t get a standard oil change because of my vehicle and I need a special filter. That is false. Certain oil changes are recommended. Not required for a car make and model. You just lost a sale, for lying…

Very professional. Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change while the kids and I went bowling next door & they not only changed my oil, but they washed my SUV too. Price is towards the high(er) side of things, but they warrant the price tag with excellent service. Good job. -Andrew

Great service and price for an oil change!! In and out in about 15 minutes maybe less, was not able to finish my coffee while there! Free car wash after service is an added bonus! Will be back again! Thanks! Steve T

Manager was very informative as to their process of the oil change and all that they offer. If you choose to not sit in your car, and sit in their comfortable waiting room, there's a countdown timer on the bay# that your car is in, as to when it'll be done. Finished before the timer was done by 4 1/2 mins. Comfortable chairs and complimentary Starbucks coffee. Can't beat that! It was my first time there. They also have a drive thru car wash right next door. Very convenient. They got a. A+ in my book.
