I had an appointment for a Saturday morning. I received a text reminder the morning of my appointment. It had snowed a little the night before, but not much. I showed up for my 10:00 am appointment to find Grease Monkey was closed. I called to see if they were opening late and there was no message on their recorder and their website showed open. I would have really appreciated a phone call or text letting me know they were closed. I was NOT able to get an appointment for the following Saturday. Very disappointing.

I was able to schedule an appointment for a vehicle inspection the same day. They met me at my car to help me with the process. The gentleman who registered me showed me all the recommended services based on mileage and was not pushy when I declined them. They took the vehicle in to the bay earlier than my appointment. They finished in a very timely manner. I was extremely pleased with how I was treated.

Recently I had my alignment done for a 2nd time at this location and I am just as pleased as the 1st time. Getting a good alignment is almost impossible these days but this location has taken care of me and gotten it perfect both trips. Also, I couldn't find my discount coupon and the manager worked with me and honored it even though I didn't have it in hand. Very kind and generous.

The team got me in and out within an hour, doing an alignment on a really large truck that came out perfectly after two other shops failed miserably at the task. I don’t know why I didn’t go here in the first place. I certainly will with all four of my vehicles in the future. Great job guys! Update 12/27/2024 - my toy car, a little Swedish convertible, needed an alignment, a minor tweak to the exhaust, and an inspection. I dropped it off thinking it was going to be an all day thing. They called me within two hours of the time they opened. Love this shop! I recommend you guys often.
