Went in for routine oil change, found out that I was due for transmission flush. That was completed with only 5 more minutes added. Came out with a vacuumed car as well, felt like a new car. So love going there!

Customer service is great. However, I've seen mistakes they've been been making cause of rushing there work. Getting customers in and out. Because of the rush, they didn't install head light bulbs on two of my vehicles correctly. I've had to repeatedly take vehicles back. I discovered and fixed one issue myself. I did have a talk with the assistant manager and he was very respectful and understanding

This is the second time i came to get my car inspected. First time i called and asked if i could come to get inspection done they said yes. I came within 15 minutes and they said they can’t do it because they are done for the day. Second time i came on dec 24 at 11:15am. They said they cannot do it because they’re about to close at 12:00pm (online showed will close at 2:00pm) and their inspector has gone for the day. So even if they’re closing at 12:00 the workers leave 45 min earlier than closing time? Whats the purpose of keeping the shop open if you’re not going to accommodate the customers in working hours. Not coming here again! Sorry

My vehicle read. “ low pressure oil”… not at all drivable. I was so upset. It was a loud knocking noise also... I started calling around to find out what it could be. Long story short. I called Greese Monkey and the mechanic/manager came out to my place. I cried. He came out checked it out .Had oil to top it off. After checking it out ,he told me what the problem was…l had to get it to the shop. Reasonable price . It was truly a blessing. So happy to be a customer of Greese Monkey they got me right . I really appreciate their amazing service. This is my first review and l have been driving over thirty years… and a customer for almost 10 years .

Always a great experience when I come for oil changes. However… dropped my car off with a list of things for them to do… one of the things I ask is to fix a squeaking in my breaks. I never receive a phone call during the day… so I call towards the end of the day to follow up. They say the car is done. I go pick up the car and they say my breaks are fine but I need new rotors to fix the squeak…. Typically in this situation I’d think the mechanic would replace the rotors since I asked them to fix the squeak. Nothing was done and nobody could tell me why. “Idk and the mechanic left” is the answer i got. 👎🏻👎🏻 two thumbs down for this visit in which I carefully planned to coincide my work schedule. Just call me squeaky I guess

Friendly professional staff. Clean were quick and took care of me. Also found a coupon for me. Excellent service. Went out of their way to get me new tires while looking at old tires. Saved me almost $100 a tire.

I had an oil bolt stripped out, I was totally scared was going to cost me big, these guys assured me they could do it and didn't charge me a dime to do it, only thing that cost was the oil change! These guys are the best. I recommend them highly, and this is where I'll go for all of my needs from this point forward. Thank you, grease monkeys!

This location is awesome. I’ve been coming here since I was 19 (I’m 24 now), and I’ve received nothing but kindness and transparency. I never feel taken advantage of, and if I have a question, they are always willing to sit down with me and educate me. Plus, the prices are fair! Thank you, Charlie and the crew, for all you do!
