DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! I took my BMW here for an oil change and a month after my car warned me it was low on oil. I took it back to the shop about 3 times for them to replace the drain plug because the drain plugs they use are low quality; the manger had to go to BMW to get a drain plug that would work. That immediately fixed the oil leak issue. But because my car had been running on low oil, there’s now metal specks in the oil and the timing chain is loose. I asked the manager if they could at least re-due the oil change since the oil was dark with metal specks and he refused because, “They didn’t place the metal specks in the oil.” I paid about $130 for them to place multiple faulty low quality drain plugs and ruin my engine. At the end I had to pay again for an oil change from a family mechanic; plus now I have to pay $3,000 to get my engine fixed. To make it worst, he found out that Grease Monkey also forgot a gasket in the oil filter.

Got right in, in and out in about 15 minutes. Guys were really nice cleaned my windows while they were changing my oil, inspected under the hood had a couple of maintenance issues were not pushy at all trying to sell me something. Feel the price I paid was reasonable and fair. Well worth it considering I was able to resume my errands I had planned for the day, will definitely use them again.

Yesterday on Christmas Eve, after working my SUV broke down on the side of the road. I had to have my car towed to Grease Monkey for repair. Without going into great detail, the manager of Grease Monkey, Thad provided a customer service that went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced in my past history of owning an automobile. His kindness, his caring attitude and the help that he provided was so appreciated especially in the busyness of the holiday season and an unfortunate circumstance. I own two vehicles and have been getting them both serviced at Grease Monkey at this location for several years now and would encourage anyone to come here knowing that their automobile will be handled with care, thoughtfulness, courtesy and excellent service! All of the men that work for Thad are this way.... They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service! I would give 100 Stars if they were available! Merry Christmas!

I recently visited Grease Monkey Garage after noticing a strong smell of gas coming from my car. I was understandably worried and wanted to ensure there were no dangerous issues. The team at Grease Monkey Garage provided outstanding service from start to finish. Upon my arrival, they immediately made me feel at ease. They thoroughly examined my vehicle, checking for leaks and any potential hazards. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they took the time to explain each step of the inspection process. After a comprehensive review, they discovered that the smell wasn’t due to a leak at all. It turned out I had driven through a gas station where there was a spill, and the odor had clung to my car. I really appreciated their honesty and thoroughness, as it saved me from unnecessary repairs and costs. I was not charged for this 40-minute inspection; they did it out of concern for my safety. Overall, I can’t recommend Grease Monkey Garage enough. Their dedication to customer service, professionalism, and expertise made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. If you’re looking for a reliable garage with a friendly team, this is the place to go!

NOT just another "oil change!" Thad and his crew have taken great care of my precious, vintage RAV-4 for six years. Professional and courteous, Qualified automotive work at fair prices. All the while providing excellent, trustworthy recommendations on which to base MY decisions. Clean and neat work bays and wait room, and the coffee's good too. Grateful.

I called J.R. very doubtful about who to get to do my oil change. I was checking out a couple places. I have a lot of car knowledge and love my car. I decided to give them a try again as I haven't been here in probably 10 years. They did not try to upsell me. I wanted to see the oil level when they were done to make sure it was perfect and check other things out myself. They did allow me to see for myself. I would highly recommend them to anyone and especially anyone that is nervous where to take your car. As I am. They are all very nice gentlemen. I was in and out pretty quick as well. No hour wait like at Firestone

I watched Google Maps and went over when they were slow. I was impressed at how clean and well organized they are. They were very though, They checked all my fluids and filters, cleaned my windows and even offered to air up my tires. I have an old Tacoma, so the oil and filter were only $57.48. Good job guys, thanks.

This place is a rip off they will drop your air filter on the ground and tell you it's dirty and you need a new one. They'll try and sell you a oil drain plug when you don't need one. Be careful!!
