Not a good experience and then had to pay for a failed inspection because they “cleaned my windshield”…. Didn’t make any sense. A guy was also inside arguing because they wanted to charge a guy for an oil change.. the guy getting the service had an electric vehicle which doesn’t needs oil….

The GM here explained things about my car, showed me my filters, gave suggestions about our battery, showed my brake pads, and helped with an oil filter cover problem. He spoke clearly, held doors for customers and was generally great to work with. This was an outstanding oil change experience. Thank you.

Yet another great experience at the Grease Monkey in Mooresville!! Came across a few bumps in the road, even had to get parts from another location, but they got the job done quickly and all the while keeping me informed. The entire crew was exceptional, but a few of the standouts today were Robert, Noah, Blake and Daryl!!! Thanks again........

Disappointed with the changes in the ‘service level’ in 2025 compared to my experiences with this company in 2023 & 2024. Prices are higher and service is reduced. Maybe ownership has changed? Windows weren’t cleaned and carpets were not vacuumed as advertised. I’m looking for a change next time I need an oil change.

With being here before, I knew to come back to this Grease Monkey for my oil change and yearly inspection. I am so glad that I did! The staff are so kind, and explained everything in detail when I asked questions. They were careful and kind to my honda civic and even complimented the headlights I had gotten. Pricing is very reasonable, and they have the best waiting area with coffee and comfortable chairs. I left confident in the services I had received and will definitely be coming back!

Everyone was so nice and caring, I feel I was treated with respect and honesty Especially with Robert and Noah. They made me almost feel like family. I am a disabled senior citizen and they were very protective of me and went out of their way to help me and explained everything in a way I could understand. I am VERY impressed with this company and have already told family and friends about them

Quick inspection service & many more services offered than I expected. I thought it was just a quick lube (oil only). They did my inspection in 10 minutes from time I pulled in. Also learned they do tires, brakes, AC service, & many other vehicle services for reasonable prices. I will be back!

Second time I tried this place and won’t be back. The manager told me I had a major oil leak. Turns out it was a loose drain plug from the last time I was here that was the cause of the leak. After a halfhearted apology from them I paid and left. I then noticed on my bill that they charged me $20 to replace the drain plug that they messed up in the first place. Terrible service. Update…I went to the website after the company responded to my review and the site isn’t working. Shocker!
