Kinda disappointed this time. I often went to this place I went to replace my camshift sensor and crankshift sensor, because when I did the scanner by myself, one time it showed me the camshift sensor and crankshift sensor. When i went to this place, they told me they need to do full diagnoses test, because they are unsure about this problem, and they said they can figure out the problem if I do the diagnoses test. Even thought my car had no check engine light. After 3 hours later, They told me they couldn’t find any problem, because they told me they couldn’t figure out any problem, and said “We cannot see more detail if your car doesn’t have engine light” And they charged me $150. It was truly ridiculous. They already knew my car had no check engine light, and saying we cannot see detail if your car has no check engine light? I give 2 stars because of good experience previously. I hope next visit will be better

This is the best mechanic shop I have been to in a long time. You just don't find service like this anymore. I have been there a few times, and every time, I get fast and professional service. The prices are so reasonable that you never feel like you are getting gotten and taken advantage of. They always make sure your car is clean when they are done serving it. I highly recommend this place for all your car maintenance or mechanical needs. Little secret, women get a discount on Wednesday if you come in and request service that day. Try the Snickers coffee while you're there waiting, too. 😋😜 Lekeia H.

Did transmission service and rear end flush on my 17' Ram 1500 with the 8 speed. Great price, fantastic service, friendly staff. Highly recommended. Update 12/14/24. I went back for regular maintenance. I did 16 sparkplugs on my HEMI and an oil change. Affordable and friendly. Go check them out

Wow I was so impressed with how quick the oil change service was and as a mom - the free popcorn for the kids was a fun little bonus. There’s also water and a keurig if you’re in desperate need of coffee. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely bring my car again next time!

Great customer service. Crew explains what needs to be done and gives plenty of options. I've gotten my oil changed, gotten new tires, and will continue to use their services. Military discounts are a plus.

Went in for an oil change and got what I needed + more! Thank you to Albert for servicing my car and going the extra mile with cleaning it as well. The lobby is clean and accommodates those who are waiting with snacks. The whole process was easy and I’ll definitely be back!! :)

Needed rear brakes done; new pads and rotors. Which meant I needed shop to do them. Heard of GM, read the reviews and gave them a shot. They did not disappoint. Price was lower than I expected to pay, over my years of vehicle repairs. At the very least, get a quote from them. Shout out to David, Ronnie and Albert. I will defiantly return for future oil changes and any other issues.

This was the best oil service business I've been to in Las Vegas. They do much more than just change oil. I was doing my own oil change and could not remove the oil plug due to over tightened plug by the last place that did my oil change. After rounding off the bolt head I took the car to Grease Monkey on Charleston Blvd. They removed the plug with no problem, inspected the threads on the pan and told me all was good. The man at the front counter, David or Thomas I can't remember but it was on the 13th of August, was the most polite, professional person I have experienced here in Vegas for along time. They changed the oil, topped and checked everything. The office and shop were extremely clean with coffee, water and snacks. Awesome service, I'll be back, and I'll recommend your business to all my friends. Great Job.

Great service! Thank you to David and his team for taking care of us. We took in our truck for an oil change and was very satisfied. Wait was short not long at all compare to other places. Then we took our other car in for new tires and the best part was that they picked up our car and drop it back off once it was finished. Very convenient. Thank you Grease Monkey! Not the best experience. Brought my Nissan Xterra in for overheating problem. Not very good communication with customer, did not make me feel like I was a priority. More like we will let the young inexperienced guys work on it when we can. They replaced tstat, belts, sensors and radiator and come up with its now an electrical problem that we cant look for until next week. Tired of waiting and not enough answers. I'd rather go pay dealer pricing than keep it here. After military discount, week and a half waiting and almost $800.00 In cost and it still has the same problem as when I brought it in. I usually don't like to post reviews but after seeing 2 or 3 dissatisfied customers in the office, and someone referring them to me, I don't want anyone to have the same problems. Sorry Grease Monkey, hope you guys can make it better.

Did oil change few weeks ago, today found an oil leak. Guy there literally try to gaslight me saying it’s not oil it’s gas, and quickly wiped off of the plug to show me it’s dry. Went to Midas and fixed it with a $2 brass washer which grease monkey tightened too hard and broke. Definitely not going back again.
