It seems the management would provide some quality control for the detailers. They do the bare minimum to get by, leave streaks, dirt and in general, really a bad job! For the amount of money we’re paying for full service it is no longer worth it to me! I will no longer frequent this place and I highly suggest you don’t either, unless you want disappointment! This business has gone down hill!! I’m just one but I would bring all 3 of our cars here at least twice sometimes 3 times a month!! The owners of this place need to get their head out!

They forgot to clear old oil messages [basic] I had to return. The guy told me , I can clear it You have to, is not I can. Besides that 👍 good.

The oil change should have been free. I was never charged on veterans day for the oil change. So why put free oil change when it's not. Had to pay $6.50 so please don't put FREE when you have to pay

They need to research what type of oil to use in a diesel for starters. The vacuum job sucks and the wash job wash half ass. But all the people are nice and courteous.

Went to North Grease Monkey for a detail car wash and they reset my oil life. Told the "manager" and he did absolutely nothing except say that his techs sometimes forget and reset it by accident. Be careful everyone, because your oil mileage and oil reminders may be off unless you check after even a car wash. Also, advertised prices for oil changes are for 5 quarts. If you own a V6, V8, sports car or truck/suv or probably over 50% of the cars on the road, you will require over 5 quarts. Also make sure you get your receipt even if you have a prepaid wash plan. Had a female employee ask me for receipt after going through license plate reader and it saying sale complete. I completed her verification process but questioning a customer who paid, making them wait for verification just to say, good to go is a bit extreme. Maybe there are dishonest customers out there but perhaps fixing their system should be priority. Grease Monkey by airport in Laredo seems way more organized and I haven't had any issues there. Good car wash but organization is needed and is key at North location.
