Always professional, kind and honest people. Quick service at very affordable rates. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced by Grease Monkey! Plus, they have snacks and drinks for customers that are waiting for their cars to be serviced, which is an awesome plus!

There was a time I would walk in and popcorn was popped, and cookies baked. I can tell there is a shift in the amenities available to guests while they wait; which set the company apart from a jiffy lube. When entering, those amenities were not available. However, the hot cocoa was available and my daughter enjoyed every minute of the hot cocoa. My car was fixed, the prices fit my budget, and the staff was very eager to assist. My tires were rotated but wasn't reset on the car, so it read the tire pressure was off when I pulled off. Not a big deal, I think the details are being missed. It could be the fatigue or a very busy day. Otherwise I will typically return because the services were handled.

I had a flat tyre which wouldn't take air! Searched online these guys were closest, so I drove there with the flat. Unfortunately they only do tires when ordered online, they don't have tires in stock! Anyway they took control (I'm on oxygen, and for that reason, why I couldn't change the spare myself) These guys though stepped up and changed it for me FOC!! Enjoy your donuts boys!

Extremely Disappointed – Ruined My Engine I took my truck to Grease Monkey for an oil change on December 10th. About half a mile after leaving the shop, my truck started backfiring. I immediately returned to the location, but they told me to come back at a different time when their mechanic would be available. I followed their advice and returned later, only to find the mechanic still unavailable. Frustrated, I took my truck to my regular mechanic, who informed me that my engine was damaged beyond repair and would need to be replaced. I got a second opinion from another mechanic, who confirmed the same diagnosis. Both professionals concluded that the damage was caused by one of two possibilities: (1) running the engine without oil, even for a short time, or (2) poor maintenance. My truck has a PERFECT maintenance record, so I am confident the issue stemmed from Grease Monkey’s negligence during the oil change. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the shop, requesting to speak to a manager or owner. Each time, I was assured the message had been passed along and that someone would call me. It’s now been a month, and I’ve received no response. I trusted Grease Monkey with my vehicle, and they destroyed my engine. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and negligence have been extremely disappointing. I will never return, and I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this shop with their vehicles.

Have taken vehicles there for oil changes, tire rotations & other vehicle maintenance. Always timely, very courteous, explain any other concerns they run across, & to date, I’ve not had any problems after they have serviced vehicles. Would recommend this Grease Monkey location to anyone in Cypress area! Keep up the good work.

I have used this place many times and they always go above and beyond, my last oil change took a lot longer due to a problem with the oil drain plug, seems it got a little stripped and needing fixing, the manager went out twice and on the second time brought back a thread repair kit and fixed it up nicely. I will always go back for this level of service.

Have been a customer since this place opened. The people working there are nice and attentive upon arrival. The facility is clean and well stocked From beverages to snacks. Also kid friendly with a little table and puzzles. My son likes going with me to get my oil change. Finally thank you Grease Monkey for the Veterans Discount since many places do not offer that.

I’ve been going to grease monkey since they opened. They are so hospitable, Aaron the manager is so nice as well as the technician who worked on my vehicle. I now have a toddler and although my oil change didn’t take long - he was able to play at their little kid table. They also had a changing table in the restroom which is a plus for us mamas!! Complimentary delicious cookies and drinks!!

Loui is very great worker. Honest, great communication, and professional. I had my oil changed here and he also gave me great recommendation for changing out my transmission fluid as they couldn’t do it at this location. Very happy and will be returning customer for sure

Went for an Oil Change, really good service, it was quick, employees were very nice and helpful. Good costumee service. They also have a waiting room with snacks, coffee and stuff to eat for free and a little table with toys for those who have kids. The oil change service included inside vacuum of the car, tires check and windows wash. I'll definitely go back there.
