The employees and customer service at this place are unmatched!! Today I specifically dealt with Miles and Daniel who were absolutely wonderful!! They were personable while still maintaining the upmost level of professionalism. However, I've been a customer for years and I have never had a negative experience. They don't just talk at you, they provide thorough explanations and answer all of your questions with patience. They make sure that you fully understand any unexpected issues that may arise and they never try to "push" any unnecessary services. I am always 100% confident in any recommendation, service or repair they provide. No matter the financial expense, I always manage to leave with a smile on my face and that should be commended!

Went this morning for an inspection. They told my daughter her tire was going to fall off and she needed to spend over $1000 dollars. Told them to get her car down took it to my mechanic and $30 later she’s good to go. SCAM

Been there 3 times prior and lost my rewards card, said they could not reach my records but had all my information to bill me. Said only district manager could search past visits so I got charged full rate with no rewards.

I'm really curious if my van got an oil chnage, after the young lady told me I had to get the high mileage service I was charged for the standard oil change. Also my van was ready in 15 minutes or less. I stood up to look and see if they pulled it in, and it was already pulled outside as finished. I don't trust these guys. Burlington Rd.location.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The first time I had a vehicle serviced at Grease Monkey, it was great. Jimmy was super friendly and helpful. No muss no fuss. Apparently Jimmy is now "retired" and there are new folks there and this time the experience was an awful, money-grabbing nightmare. My partner and I stopped to get a simple oil change and air in the tires. Conveniently, when service was completed and our vehicle moved outside, suddenly the battery was dead and "bad." We couldn't get the vehicle started and the techs conveniently couldn't get it jumped. So guess what? Now we're stranded when it's cold and need a battery that just happened to die at Grease Monkey. The full scenario: We were out running errands and noticed we needed an oil change and some air added to our tires so, based on the previous experience, chose Grease Monkey on W Wendover. As per usual, we asked for an oil and filter change to which the female tech asked if we wanted an air filter replacement, to which we said yes. A little bit later, the female technician came in, handed us the keys and said we were good to go but it took quite a few minutes for one of the other male technicians to come and ring us out. I found that a bit odd as most places are usually in need of moving customers through quickly. Once we rang out and went to our vehicle, it wouldn't start. We have had no prior issues with the van starting. The two male technicians, one of which apparently specialized in Interstate Batteries, knew we weren't able to start our van and just so happened to come outside with a battery tester. Of course, they tested the battery and it was "bad." Weird. We have had no indication as such and there are monitors all over that van. So next they come to jump the battery. No luck. It's convenient that they serviced the van and it had no trouble but somewhere between them pulling it out of the bay and us getting in it, the battery conveniently died. The battery tech had a nasty attitude problem and wasn't friendly or personable as well. The battery they claimed to install was an Interstate AGM 1.0 - MTP-94R/H7 but after further investigation, that model of battery is a non-AGM battery and retails for $262 so not only did they conveniently test our battery that was allegedly bad, they oversold us something that isn’t what they said with a price tag of $399. As well, when we attempted to start the vehicle, the interior lights and error messages on the console illuminated so the battery wasn’t completely dead or “bad.” Had it been truly problematic, we would have received error messages from the vehicle and none of the lights would have come on. There's absolutely no way we should have been stuck footing the bill for a brand new battery. The tech even admitted that he should have tested it before servicing even began but didn't. So now, here they stick us with a $400 and nearly $200 in the original services we asked for. So over $550 later and after being hoodoo'd we were finally able to go home. There's no way this was a "coincidence." We absolutely were taken for a financial ride. Finances we really don't have so you can take that "free oil change" and "$10 Manager's Discount" and stick in your ears. This was shady service and a money grab. We won't be back for any service from this Grease Monkey location. UPDATE TO ADD, FOLLOWING A REPLY FROM THE BUSINESS: I went to www.tellgreasemonkey.com and conveniently, the survey is unavailable: "This survey is under maintenance." I'll be on the phone tomorrow with the SE regional manager and depending on that resolution, will reach out to Brian Michel with Grease Monkey International if need be.

I came here to get my oil change, light bulb replaced and fuel line cleaner all in less than an hour, if you’re coming here ask for Daniel the manager. They really take care of their customers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND grease monkey on Burlington Road.

Well this morning around 810 815 I had to stop and check my oil in the car on my red sonic. I had been having a bad oil leak and noone could help me figure out where it was coming from til this awesome guy at this shop on this shift listened and he took my troubles to heart and went to work. He took my car in and found this leak and the problem along with the other young lady that came in. He gave his insight and remediation ad even gave me some oil to make it to the place where the problem may have started. Even said afterward if they could to come back and he'll help me further than he did this morning. Thank God there are still warm kind hearted people in this world. Thank you and your coworker for helping me out with your kindness. Sorry I forgot your names. I had to find a ride and get to work. Thanks again!

I was very unhappy with this location. I sat at the front desk for 20 minutes for someone to come out and ask what I needed. The girl who finally came from the back addressed a customer already being served but never acknowledged me. I waited another five minutes, and finally, the head mechanic came out and asked if he could help. I told him I was trying to get my car inspected, and he said it would be forty-five minutes to an hour. I called before I went because I felt there might be a wait, and they told me they could do the inspection. Please remember I had already waited twenty-five minutes without even being acknowledged. I wouldn't recommend going here because the service sucks.

Miles and his coworkers did a great job. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even going as far as paying for my lug nuts at the shop down the road and physically going to the store to get parts for me.

Service was cool employee said her brain wasn’t working and she as stumbling through information I noticed they removed price list for oil change so I just picked from a verbal list she told me about which was $40 higher than the one I choose from

Was happy that we didn't wait too long for the car to be serviced and when they found an issue that a previous employee had caused, they did not charge us.

I did not have a good experience here. I booked an appointment online for Saturday morning Nov 23. I was very specific about what the appointment was for. I received none of that instead an inspection I didn't ask for. Overall they are good people.

I pulled up was greeted by a friendly attendant. Asked me what I needed and filled me in on what was going to happen. The other attendant was very polite and friendly. When it came time to pay. They treated me so kind that it blew me away. They were very compassionate to my situation. I will be recommending them to anyone. Also will be using them in the future. God Bless them.
