I visit many Grease Monkey service places as my job as a cargo van driver has me all over the place doing oil changes every three weeks. This is the best friendliest place . Orlando the tech is very helpful in letting me know what’s going on on my van and making recommendations. Orlando is very customer service oriented and knowledgeable technician…... As a woman I often feel like an easy target to get told I need things I don’t or get overcharged …..here at this grease monkey I feel like I can express my concerns without feeling embarrassed with not being knowledgeable when it comes to auto repair or maintenance Orlando has a very professional demeanor and coming here to get my van serviced makes me feel reassured that the job was done right!! And their prices for the work they do is amazing !!! I have been turned away at other places when I arrived almost to closing .But here at this Grease Monkey Orlando gets right on …and with the best attitude and good vibe .

I arrived on a Saturday morning, no appointment required, and they were able to complete a diagnostic same day. Vehicle brought in next day, Sunday, and my issue was fixed within a few hours. They checked in throughout the process and then followed up the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Chris was professional and took his time explaining things to me. Definitely will go again when needed.

Great place, great staff. Never experienced people going above and beyond for a simple oil change. Frank and Orlando, great people. Customer service is everything and these guys got it down. Took in my vehicle right away and got to work, very respectful, helpful & polite. Will definitely return.

I travel for my job and was in El Paso when my oil change and tire rotation were due. I searched Google and went to another shop because it was at the top of the page. The manager was very lackluster about greeting me and seemed to discourage me to wait there for service. So I left and went across the street to Grease Monkey. What an absolutely professional place of business! These guys were well organized and very thourough. They gave my truck a complete inspection (even including my windshield sprayer nozzles) and informed me of everything that needed service, with a comprehensive printed report that included the prices for each service. Very polite, very professional. Kudos to Orlando and Christopher for what i consider above and beyond service! I hope I'm here in El Paso when my truck needs servicing again. I will definitely return to their shop.

It’s not often that you find a group of people willing to go above and beyond to insure you receive great service and care. I can assure you Grease Monkey has, not only for myself but also for my family. I never have to worry about anything, just drive right up and they handle everything. Once done they fully explain everything and provide a complete worksheet for future service that might be needed. Great service each and every time… highly recommend and always appreciate them.
