I got my brakes done here 6 months ago, recently I have been hearing a metal on metal noise. I took my car to a Honda speciality shop, they missed something while changing brakes to cause this. I didn’t bother come back here because the mechanic is never on site. If you want any oil change or inspection simple stuff, they do ok with that. Anything more complex than that. I wouldn’t trust them with my car or any of my trucks in my commercial fleet, very disappointing.

I always receive amazing service from this team! Consistent and honest. As a novice to anything car-related and as a newer college student, my concern with auto shops is being forced to add on additional repairs that I may not actually be in need of- this team does not give me this fear, though! You can really tell they care for their community and are passionate about their job. I’ve mainly gotten oil changes and brake repairs here, but I have no doubt that their top-notch service expands to other jobs, as well!

I have been using Grease Monkey for four years now, and they have never disappointed me. Their prices are fair, their services are relatively quick, and even if they're not, the waiting area is always clean and comfortable, with snacks and a refrigerator full of free sodas and water. I highly recommend giving Grease Monkey a try!

Owner was there and has not been there in the three uears I have come there, told him only oil change and oul filter and his tech did air filter and cabin filter without my consent, tore my dash apart and moved several items in my console, owner said he misunderstood me, I had a witness on the call who heard me twll him I was very clear that I only wanted oil change and oil filter and that if anything goes wrong with my car I will aue them. Horrible service

Everything was fine, the work was very fast and the customer service is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was that they left the truck dirty on the outside as if they had sprayed oil near the tires.
