I had excellent customer service from Jeffrey and Tommy today. They were very considerate, honest, and explained everything clearly. They made sure to even give me complimentary car care that I didn’t know I needed. I definitely recommend these guys on S. Blvd - Charlotte.

Upon arriving I was immediately told to drive my own car to the back where I was giving a quick price list by a gentleman. Once my car was in the bay there was a Caucasian gentleman that asked me how long it had been since I had an oil change and I provided that information and admitted that it had been a while he immediately scolded me and recommended that I have additional services done that I did not have the money for unfortunately due to having three surgeries in the last 2 months I did not like being talked at as if I was a child and I will not be taking my car back to this location for any services now I completely understand why this place never has any customers in the parking lot

Tommy the general manager is very knowledgeable an professional when it comes down to taking care of his customers i came in for a state inspection an was informed on getting my other fleet vehicles taken care of an preventive maintenance on all the vehicles i hight recommended Tommy an his professionalism to anyone that needs help

I have NEVER had a bad experience here, and today was no exception. Louis is very kind and patient and congenial as well as Gabby. I got in right away and though they had every right to be annoyed with my accidentally giving them misinformation, they were very cool about getting it straighted out. Kindness goes a long way.

Went in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. Staff was friendly and fast. Got a synthetic blend oil change. Got home and realized I was charged for a full synthetic oil change. What can I do. It’s on me. I will eat it. But you all be careful.

Good, honest mechanics. Just had my brakes done and they did great work. Tim and Tommy were especially helpful after noticing a defect in one of my rotors. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good mechanic

Leaving a review before I leave the parking lot!! Tommy gave me excellent service and his communication was great about my car needed. I'll be back after 6000 miles. Don't forget to purchase the gas treatment for 25 bucks! The proceeds go to Breast Cancer Awareness 🎀

Tim & his team at Grease Monkey are the best! I came in to do a state inspection, and unfortunately my tires did not pass. They took the time to explain what was going on and what I needed to do to fix it. Got the problem resolved and came back to complete my inspection. No wait time, wonderful experience, 10/10!!!!
