Based on other high reviews, I came here. Was really impressed by the quick and quality service. Would highly recommend! For a synthetic oil change with the 7K mile range, it cost about $130. I have typically paid half that for similar changes, but for the customer service, it's worth it.

This is an excellent place to do any of your car needs from oil changes and state inspections and much more. The staff give great service to people you go to the lobby and wait while they work on your car. Inside the lobby there are many chairs a movie going on and some FREE snacks from popcorn to bars and cookies there is also coffee and much more, Great staff, If you have oil leaks or transmission leaks or anything like that they will inform you and they ask if you need some suggestions on where to go if you want that fixed (They should add a car wash in some states Grease Monkeys have car wash like Arizona and some others)

It’s one of the amazing places to do the (oil change) and other services, professional team, fast service with very good advices, definitely highly recommended 👍 The location is the other side on burner road, in front of U-haul .. Highly recommended for the air filters, it’s pretty affordable..

I just stopped in to get my car serviced. Blown away with Jen’s amazing customer service and the team’s quick work. She went through all the options with me and the whole thing took less than 20 minutes. I’m so happy to have found this place in my new neighborhood. I’ll be back!

Grease Monkey #1404 on Burnet Road gets five stars and two thumbs up from me for the friendly and efficient service this afternoon. Coach Geena handled the emissions inspection and had me in and out in less than fifteen minutes. I’ll return for future services.

I came in today needing an oil change and inquired if a/c coolant refill was included as my A/C recently stopped cooling. Blake let me know that the internet was down and they were not able to service my vehicle BUT said if I run to AutoZone and pick up the coolant they’d be happy to recharge it for me. !!!! Kudos kudos kudos! I liked this place the first two times I came in. Great staff. Comfortable waiting area (they provided snacks and a Marvel movie while I waited). But today was next level service. I live close but everyone should drive across town to give this place your business

If you are a mom you will love this place! The manager who happens to be a lady and a mom is so attentive to details and so understanding if you have an emergency and have to bring your kids along, they are very kind to them. Not only you get superb sevice in your car, you get above and beyond customer service.

Super friendly group. I actually had stopped by for a filter change on my Tesla. Even though they had not worked on an EV before they were very forthcoming and helped me out and got me out of there in no time. Great hardworking crew.

Once again Grease Monkey has been awesome and by far has the best of the best customer service from snacks while you wait to a wonderful staff everyone moving fast and willing 2 help. JD is assistant manager and is very kind and such a sweet gentleman.No other shop compares to this 5 star quality customer satisfaction at its best. Best shop in Austin Tx. Very trustworthy will be coming back.

Probably the best and quickest place Ive gone for an oil chance. I'm currently sitting in their waiting room, waiting for my stupid car battery to be replaced and the beautiful woman in charge is so kind. The pricing is very affordable. Amazing customer service. Can't recommend enough.

I meant to go to Sticker Shop for a state inspection but missed my turn. While turning around I saw Greese Monkey and saw they also did inspections and I’m happy for it. Staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Not a long wait time for a last minute mid-week walk in. I may come here for furture oil changes as well.

I always hate changing my oil. I go to Firestone and they act like they are trying to chase you away. I go to Pep Boys and it can be hit or miss depending on who's at the counter, but I feel unwelcome most of the time. Not with Grease Monkey. They are the most polite, helpful, happy place I have ever been. I have never felt anything but welcome even when they were busy. Changing my oil now doesnt mean that I'm going have a bad day because of the rudeness I experience at other places. I will NEVER be going anywhere else again. Go to Grease Monkey! You wont be sorry.

We were in Austin from out of town buying a used car. We wanted to get the car inspected pre-purchase. Took the car to Grease Monkey. I forgot the names of the two individuals working (one African-American gentleman, and a lady), but they were great! They kept us informed of what they were doing, how it was going, and when they finished, took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. I would definitely use Grease Monkey again!
