Only place I go to service my car other than my personal mechanic. They recharged my A/C When it wasn't recharging and realized there was air bubbles in it. Shout out to Charles!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Rude customer service, the technicians were on their phones more than the time interacting with me. This is my second time going to the Howell Mill location- the first time employees were also rude- Will not go back.

I came in expecting to get an oil change but Mr Charles advised that all I needed was to have my oil topped off. This service cost me a lot less money and time. Will definitely come back when I need an actual oil change.

Mr.Lee is obnoxious and rude the lady he was hugging on took my sticker never put it back he then lied and said he can’t put the oil that I wanted in my car and is charging everyone a high price that they can’t pay I’m not the only one that left and he also said it was illegal to put standard oil in my car which is a lie I will be talking to my lawyer . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION HES A FOOL

This is my first interaction with grease monkey oil changes, appalling after the attendee told me my oil change would be $89.99 (FOR A 2015 TOYOTA CAMRY) + adding other random ‘suggested’ fees I then showed the coupon that I found online through their official site, stating it was valid at this specific location and without even really taking a second to read it the attendee told me it would not work Even though I argued that it stated it was valid until the 25th of January and it was for this specific address Needless to say I came to take 5 oil change in Smyrna who are only charging me about 50 bucks + a $10 off coupon that they offered online (and they accepted it wow! ) Crazy situation
