DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. They WILL scam you. They will tell you they completed the job, but send you home with the original issue unfixed AND new problems with your engine! P. S. - The response they have put under my review has no relation to my experience there. I never brought them parts! They write the same response to everybody’s bad review! These people don’t deserve to be in business.

I was stuck with my honda i cant turn it on, am from long island and am glad i found this spot they came to me helped me turn on the car and took it to shop and fix it, great price even tho i was stranded thank you, they will be my mechanic from now on even tho its 45 minute drive but its worth having honest and quality guys…thank you

SCAMMER AND LIARS! I told them to change 8 of my spark plugs that I have provided them ($96 parts) and notified them about one misfire I was having and they only changed 4 out of 8! They tried to sell me diagnostic time but I ended up going to another shop and finding out that they haven’t done the complete job. After discussing with them the problem they lied to my face and told me they installed all of the spark plugs and I will not give a refund and THAT IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM!!! This is not how to run a business and I will make sure none of my friends or family go to Grease Auto Monkeys ever!! I have provided a photo as proof for cylinder 7 (cylinder with the misfire) Edit: I have literally went to another mechanic and have proof you did not change all 8 and your Russian “mechanic” said he couldn’t change all 4… Lying once again ….

This shop and Mr Ahmed are friendly good people. They are very honest and perform quality service. I went to another shop to have my brakes, rotors and calipers changed with me providing all the parts and they wanted to charge me $900.00!!!! Ahmed only charged me $ 450.00. Beautiful!! I recommend this shop on 8759 18th Ave. In Brooklyn.

One I went there for inspection, he said I you can't pass because of tinted windows but if you pay me 140$ I will do it for you , I swear of God , which sounds very ripoff

If I could take back my time I definitely would. I would not even recommend this place for my nemesis. What should have been a quick simple oil change resulted in wasting a whole hour and leaking coolant because they broke one of my hose clips. The common courtesy any mechanic would do is to replace the part they broke. How did they break it one might ask, my car was not leaking coolant when they lifted my car, not a single drop, so how could there be a pool of coolant on the ground if nothing was broken. I was patient through it all and they had the nerve to blame the issue on my car that it was leaking when I brought it in. If you break something, fix it, I have nothing against you. But for you not to own up to your mistake and disguising it as my fault is disgusting. They they tried to fix it with a zip tie and told me it's been "fixed" after repeatedly communicating that I do not want a zip tie but rather the original piece. I thought that was the end of it but nooooo they wanted to charge me ($10) for the piece they broke on top of the oil change. That's when I lost it, it's not about the cost anymore, it was about the principle. Shady place and dishonest, they know who I am, but don't worry I'm never coming back to this place.
