Mannn if you want to know what clutch is come to this shop. They are honest and helped me out tremendously when a part that just didn’t make no sense was the issue. Everybody’s situation is different and they helped me tremendously by getting my suspension back working. Nate the tech amazing, would let him touch my truck for anything. Dave whether he is the shop manager or whatever pulled up trouble shooting tips and everything to help speed up this process and gave recommendations.Shops like this are Gems. Thank YOU!!!

I almost never write reviews because I'm rarely pleased as a customer. I generally walk away from a customer service experience feeling used. Not so with Gray Diesel. I was vacationing and nearly in a full panic when my pickup started running like it wasn't going to run much longer. Long story short, these guys made some time for me, spent quite a bit of time with me, and gave me the information I needed to make it home safely. At the end of all this, I had to argue with David to get him to let me pay him something. This is so unbelievable rare an experience for me that I find myself here writing this review. If you're in the area and can give them some business or, like me, are desperate for help, please give them a call. Thank you to David and Cheyenne, who saved a vacation from becoming a nightmare. Y'all are the best!

Best in the city. I had a airbag that needed to be immediately replaced on my Kenworth T680 31 miles outside of Lincoln. I called atleast 10 other shops that could not help me for one reason or another. Called these guys and they had me in and out within 90 minutes. Had the part there already when arrived. And they had the Best price quoted. Nate, Cheyenne and The Manager (Sorry I forgot his name) and the Enitre Team at Grey provides Top Notch Service. Took a bad day and made it minor inconvenience. Being a Trucker you have to see these places from time to time Best experience I've had thus far. Thank you Guy's.

I called them Friday morning with front brakes on both sides totally shot. They took me immediately and had both sides replaced in three hours at a super reasonable price. I’ve never had a mechanic work that quickly!!!

Trust me I’m a guy who give people no reviews but this shop is the best! Very nice people and great customer service Cheyenne she’s super friendly got my semi truck in and out very quick. Nice guys keep it up your enthusiasm.

my fan clutch went out on my Freightliner cascadia called everybody in around Lincoln everyone said 6 hours or tomorrow wait time then I called gray diesel no wait time got fixed less than 3hrs highly recommended

We were totally impressed with the customer service, the willingness to help us, the cleanliness of the work area and the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. We have an RV and our dash AC was not working, we had the parts that needed to be installed, Gray was willing to look at the RV, the same day we called them, they let us stay up in their staff room while the assessed the vehicle, they weren't able to complete the job that day but they graciously let us stay overnight in their back gravel parking lot and took us in first thing in the morning and three hours later we left with a working AC and were able to cope with the three digit heat for the rest of our trip. Special thanks to Dave Hunt, the service manager for being so accommodating and being a patriot! Thank you very much to Nate, who got it all to work and installed parts and even improved the RV with strengthening where the air dryer goes, God bless you all!
