Cheap quick oil changes but just too hood omg update i went to them and needed a whole engine when i left got down the street benz smoking they sent me to their friend shop it was a scam they saw a benz and was looking for money

I have always advised people to never have their oil changed outside of the city they live in....well, I violated my own advice. I live 7 hours North, but was in Detroit for meetings and thought "what the heck " there was no line so I whipped in for a change. I was on a conference call during service and when the technician said he was done, my colleague on the other line said "wow that was quick ". Didn't think much about it until 2 weeks later while on another trip I get an alert LOW OIL. I check the oil and was 4 quarts short! No leaks, no spotting in garage. Take it to home tech for oil change and after pulling the sticker he asked "are you sure this was changed in August?" Buyer be ware....Trust, but verify!

I use to live close by always went there never had a problem still stop by after I move farther all the older workers and owner are really nice prices are not bad I don't mind but I went there recently not too long ago the younger guy ask me for a air filter change for $20 I said no I'm good came for oil change got an oil change started driving my car was sounding really loud I went YouTube how to change air filter when I went to open it up there was a piece of napkin in my air filter I was highly disappointed I never will want to go back and this use to be my favorite oil shop thank you for your service all those years.

I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, they charged me an additional $25 for service charges and fees, despite the Groupon stating that fees would be no more than $3. They also kept trying to upsell me on other products and services. In total, I ended up paying $57: $32 on Groupon plus $25 in unexpected fees at the shop. This is misleading and not what was advertised. Shame.

I won’t bore you with my initial experience because I truly believe the matter has been handled. After talking to the owner he really step up and made sure that I was a happy customer and that really means a lot to me. They service my vehicle in a timely manner. Changed my filter and the old one was beyond dirty lol and sent me on my way! In the end I was pleased with the customer service. They also have another location not to far from the oil change shop where they can fix mechanical issues with your vehicle. Thank you Bobby! Good customer service will always make me come back!

Went to get an oil change at 8am they said they don’t get started to 815 so I said ok and I waited til they opened up. As I pull in the dark skin man who may be the owner bald guy, started yelling slow down damn. I’m looking confused because I was not speeding it’s UNNECESSARY to speed as you pull in for an oil change. I said I’m not speeding and if you having a bad day say that. He in turns start yelling crazy insults saying I’m ignorant. So I left and as I customer whose been coming to be serviced for years I WILL NEVER BE BACK! You work in the service industry if you’re having a bad day… you can’t let it pour over into your business! Highly unprofessional of you this morning!!!
