First of all let me say that Adam and his crew are hands down the BEST in the area. A little story. I have an older bmw the starter went. I had it towed to Autoworld of Conway ( Big mistake). They had it for almost 3 weeks I went to pick it up twice and both to times it was running like crap. Finally they told me to bring it to a foreign car specialist. So I brought it to Adam. He went through everything they did ( everything they did was wrong) they had to remove the intake manifold to get to the starter. When they put it back together they bolted it down with the wire harness behind it causing a nice vacuum leak. Plus a few other things they messed up. So Adam had to redue all there work. Which he did. And did a fantastic job. He definitely won all of my business. Thank you

Friday mid morning something in the road popped the side of my tire. Called them they ordered a tire while i was on the way there. They had me back on the road within an hour of getting my car.

Adam and his staff are truly amazing at what they do! Took my Audi S3 in and they took the time to listen to my concerns and look at my vehicle. They are super friendly and easy to work with and addressed all my concerns and got my car all fixed up! Will definitely be keeping our business with them for any future maintenance needs with our vehicles.

I was on vacation and had an issue with a tire that caused me concern. I thought it might need to be replaced but was not sure. I called Grand Strand Automotive and spoke with Adam. He told me to come down so he could look at it. He throughly looked over the tire and told me it did not need to be replaced. He could have easily told me the tire needed to be replaced and charge me for the service. Instead he took an honest approach and said I would be okay to continue using the tire. I asked how much for his time and he didn’t charge me anything. Adam is very honest in his assessment and is really looking out for his customers.

If anyone out there spots Thor please let him know that he needs to sober up and clean up for God's sake. His hammer has been signaling for him for 3 weeks now. And the world needs him back with the rest of our Hero's, like Adam and his young sidekick who are open for business and ready to save you from all your auto troubles. Like a previous reviewer, we were from out of state on business and our vehicle encountered a tire issue. Grand Strand Automotive was right down the road from where we were staying so we rolled the dice and stopped by without an appointment in hopes that they could help us. Adam took care of us immediately, diagnosed the problem (an errant screw was causing a slow leak), and had us on our way in less than an hour. We took a chance and discovered that there is still honest, attentive, personable service in the world that's reasonably priced to boot. Thanks again, Adam!
