I thought the owner and his manager were personable and friendly. When I got overcharged on an invoice (corrected when I brought it up) and delayed by 3 weeks for a part delivery, I was concerned. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When my repair, covered by a 1-year warranty, had a noise issue the next day, the concern returned. I eventually reached out via text and email, as they had done with me previously. Rather than addressing my appointment for a recheck/warranty service, the owner stated I should call instead (on my voicemail) - runaround. I see why they have few clients. I forked out $650 around Christmas with them. I shall neither bring my car to them in the future or recommend them to anyone I know. The workmanship and overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Honesty and communication! Amazing customer service. Very professional and knows what he’s doing, no doubt. Will be having Abel service and repair all my vehicles. Definitely will be recommending to all friends and family in the sw bakersfield area!

Excellent service. Abel is a really good mechanic. Not only he makes sure to do the job excellently but also delivers a great service for the customers. Will be coming back for anything needed to be fixed in my car.

I took in my vehicle because it had quite a bit of engine and transmission movement. I was recommended to Grand Prix Motors by a few co workers. From the beginning to end the entire process was amazing! I was able to take my vehicle in the day after i had called, got it diagnosed within the same day! Their team was great on keeping me updated with what was needed. The price was great and was given options for what parts i wanted to use. Repairs took 2 days which was fast, it would’ve been done in 1 but the dealer sent them the wrong part. My vehicle now runs great, no movement and look forward to working with them in the future!

1st time customer, alternator problems called in from a reference were not disappointed. They offered different options to help with our Nissan, accomodations where made to transport car to shop The car was done before the end of the business day All the recommended services needed to be addressed were given with the inspection. Price was moderate considering things

Awesome Service !!! Got some suspension work done on my ford i came to Abel with some quotes i got from around town and Abel was super knowledgeable, informative, helpful and honest with what was needed with the car. Alot of the things written down by other shops the laundry list of things were nearly cut in half super grateful for him being honest also he charges almost 50 to 40 dollars per hour less on labor as well which was also helpful thank you Abel.

Had my brakes,oil changed, a/c condenser replaced, and much more on my bmw 328i and always satisfied. Price wise and maintenance wise as well, reliable work, definitely trust them to work on my car. Highly recommend

I know this guy from almost 5yrs he is really good mechanic.After market if anybody wanna install parts he is doing good job. He is expert in any mercedes ,BMW ,audi all cars.Thanks rique for doing good job always on my car.

I was experiencing the engine shake on my vehicle. Brought it to Grand Prix Motors where I was immediately greeted by Enrique of whom was very friendly. After running his diagnostic he informed me of my motor mounts being worn out. After receiving a quote which I was happy with I left my vehicle in his care. Not even 24 hours later my car was ready. Not only is Enrique efficient another point that was duly noted is that Enrique took it upon himself to run a multipoint inspection on my vehicle to inquire of any other malfunctions. For this reason I highly recommend Grand Prix Motors to Al my friends and family.
