I just want to start off and say that I have never been so conned in my life by a shop, I brought my RSX in with a P2227 Barometric Pressure (BARO) Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Problem. I let them know exactly what I replaced and what it is still doing, mind you I’m a technician my self. The technician who was working on my car had the nerve to tell me well you probably installed the gaskets wrong on the intake manifold, and this is where we need to start. I said are you sure about that diagnosis mind you at this point it’s 165$ for the diagnostic. My issue is the Diagnostic flow chart that every single shop uses that’s standard practice says absolutely nothing about what they said was the issue was then tried to charge me over $1,100 and still doing the same issue I brought it in for. I find it absolutely disgusting when I questioned if you suspected I rolled the gasket a smoke test would tell you if I had an intake leak. Fast forward I pick the car up pay my bill take it to my shop, I have the PCM updated which it states in the diagnostic flow chart for the only code that the RSX was throwing and wow look at that runs better then ever. CUSTOMERS BEWARE ask to see the diagnostic flow chart and evidence to how they come up with the diagnosis.

Seemed wholesome but can't hold them to their word unfortunately. I was told if I came back to get work done they would subtract the diag from the price but I tried to do just that and was told that what I was told (with a witness) wasn't the case.

I have been a Grand Imports customer for over 15 years. I have a great experience there and highly recommend them. Oil changes include general inspection, and you'll get an honest opinion on what needs to be worked on.

Once again the crew at Grand Imports did a fantastic job on both of my vehicles. One of which required some extensive maintenance. They kept me informed and charged a very fair price. I have used them for over 10 years and will continue to do so.

When our Honda Odyssey's timing belt broke, it resulted in engine damage, and Grand Imports was able to give me the best quote in the area for a replacement engine. Although there was a bit of phone tag with the scheduling of the work and delivery of the vehicle via towing, Ralph was consistent with the pricing of the quote and transparent with where they were in the process for the repairs. The time it took to repair was not ideal for my schedule, but in the end, their work was great, and we were able to salvage a vehicle I thought we were going to have to scrap.

Definitely not the same since Misty Farrell left. She could practically diagnose the problem over the phone based on my descriptions. I've tracker her down to Tech One Automotive off Burnet Rd. 8601 Burnet Rd. I'm following her there.

First time being here. I have done business with other Acura dealers for maintenance and both times were a very unpleasant experience. Decided to take a chance with these guys here at Grand Imports just by driving by and seeing they specialize in Acura. Was my lucky day. They were able to pinpoint the juttering I was experiencing. Afraid is was a serious transmission issue. It was a minor fix and I had my MDX back within a few hours. Noticed the change immediately leaving the shop. I wanna say thank you to the mechanics there. And a very special thank you to Ralph who was very courteous and explained to me what was needing to be done. Thank you everyone there and it's a great feeling to know for my next service I can trust the job will be completed correctly!!

I have been going to Grand Imports , for the last 10 yrs. But since Misty left- it is NOT the same. The owner, does NOT care about customer loyalty etc. All he cares is money. I had done a major repair and when I got my vehicle back, horn stopped working. When I mentioned that- I was told it is just a coincidence - really. When the repair done was definitely in the same area as the horn. Anyhow- it is just one of the many things I have noticed since Misty left and I am NOT going back. ALSO the quote I got was about $300 higher than other shop . I am done with GI.

I was in over my head trying to fix the alternator on my honda, so I called them. They went above and beyond, not only fixing what I had broken, but buttoning it up and getting my van back on the road. The same day, even. Very good shop, very good people.

These guys have saved me thousands. Good quality and honest work. I have two cars they are taking care of: a Honda and an Acura. Dealer mis-diagnosed a horrible knock as engine failure and recommended $8K repair. Took it to Grand and they figured out pretty quickly it was a blown A/C compressor. A/C fixed and car now runs fine. Customer for life!
