Repairs took longer than expected but this repair shop was experiencing personnel problems. The management was responsive to resolve the issues. The car repair was involved and they did a good job. I will entrust this business to work on my vehicles in the future.

This place will rip u off and say they should of charged you more. Dishonest and miscommunication. They lucky i didn't turn up in that place. They charge labor the work was not done and they do not say anything. I gave 3 star because they were able to fix the brakes. And the gentleman was very good courteous and respectful. The lady is Not and she needs a talking from the ceos.

I paid 5K for my truck to get fixed here and in a week it was exactly how it was when I took it to them so they didn’t know how to fix it they wanted my business so they rigged my truck DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE BIG WARNING SAVE YA MONEY GO ELSE WHERE I WARNED YOU. Ms. V has a very nasty attitude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers if she wasn’t a senior citizen I would have reciprocated energy don’t go to aka GRAND THEFT AUTOS.

I’ve bought my car to this place a few times thinking the work was getting done, when I was headed on a 1k mile trip, I brought my car to another shop cause these people were being very dismissive , come to find out most of the work I paid for wasn’t done correctly. When I addressed them about it, they didn’t want anything to do with me even though the work was within warranty. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

I’d used this place with no complaint. This last time I’m truly disappointed. Why? They broke in hook latch i the the cabin— so raising hood now an issue. They were supposed to be repairing a water pump and said car was ready and they handed me keys But when I left sand was halfway down road I found my steering reservoir was busted and car was virtually not drivable although they claimed they,’d test driven it before handing me my . So over $700 and car still not working properly.

my ac had not been working for months, i work in my car so it has been hell. we finally decided to get it fixed because we had the money. we went in for JUST A DIAGNOSIS, we come back about 5 hours later and they say they have fixed the ac, and charged us 221 DOLLARS. they didn’t tell us what was wrong with the air conditioning “it was low on freon” okay?? that’s not the whole issue. they “fixed” the car without our permission, what if we didn’t have that much money??? anyways, the ac worked for about 4 days, but less than a week and 220 dollars later, the ac is blowing air hotter than before. we fully intend on getting our money back and going somewhere else. do not go here they will rob you.

I brought in a Cadillac SRX Turbo that another shop wouldn't touch. All I wanted was a tune up. They were very polite on the phone so I took it in. I must honestly say that it runs better now than when I first bought it!!!! I will be taking my other vehicles there for my service needs.

I took a friend to have his car repaired and I was greeted by a friendly person at the front desk she gave me all of the prices of the services that I was seeking. And I look forward to taking my car to them after the new year. The mechanic that spoke to my friend was knowledgeable he was friendly and what more could you ask for.

So I use to feel that they were a good ethical shop. I have done business with them for years. They have gotten sloppy in the way they do business. Third time is the charm should be the new motto. Bring your car here for the same problem we should figure it out by the third time. In the mean the we will make unnecessary repairs and charge you for it. Maybe they should change their name to Grand theft Auto.
