I came to Gramenzi Auto Service on the recommendation of a friend who has trusted them with his business fleet for years, and they did not disappoint! Even though there are countless shops closer to my home and work, I happily drive 30+ minutes to get here because of their exceptional service and trustworthiness. Alex, the service advisor, always takes great care of me. He’s incredibly responsive and provides top-notch customer service. The shop is consistently fast with services, even during busy times, which is a huge plus. One of my favorite perks is the free tire rotations when you purchase your tires from them—a small but meaningful touch that shows they value their customers. Most importantly, they’ve always been honest with me, which is exactly what everyone hopes to find in a mechanic. I feel completely at ease bringing my cars here, knowing they’ll be taken care of by a team I can trust. Highly recommend Gramenzi Auto Service!

I don’t advise going in there alone as a 20 something year old girl. They’ll scam you. My car was brought in because it broke down. I called them the next day and explained to them the check engine light was on and gave them the exact codes necessary for the reason the check engine light was on. They explained the battery needed to be replaced first to fix the other stuff so after charging me for 3 hours of labor to change the battery they told me the problem was fixed. However the second I drove off the lot the check engine light went back on. You would think if they spent 3 hours working on my car they would also check the initial problem I told them that was wrong with the car. But instead they called and said “they knew that could happen” really? You probably should’ve checked before letting me pay $700 for a replaced battery. Now my car still isn’t running properly and I will be reporting to the BBB and AAA for recommending me this shop. Because this is just a genuine scam.

Skinny Front desk guy says unnecessary snarky comments about whatever service you got if he finds out a service you got done had been long overdue. He’s made me just learn how to do my own oil change. Thanks guy 🙋 Maybe we should hire people who aren’t annoying

This place is a rip off they got me for $2744 supposedly they replaced the module they told me it would be $930 2 days later they called me and said they have to replace the ecm computer always called me with the worst case scenario the parts that they could milk you with my cluster gages were working when I took the car there now they told me it's the cluster I told him they were working when I brought it here and they tell me it's going to be another $400 to get them to work again I left without them working I refuse to keep giving them my money I reported them to BBB and AAA who recommend them to me ohh I'm going after them they got me good they are ripping people of don't take your car there unless you want to give your money away

Honestly the smoothest and friendliest customer service and overall service I’ve ever received in any auto shop. Alex Z. was great! He was very informative and considerate with my time. They got me in and out quickly. Mechanics are also great and friendly. Creating that unique customer connection you would want and look for in a business. Will for sure be coming back to work on my Chevy with them.

Daughter moved to Miami and needed brakes, I checked with AAA and they suggested Grimenzi, they were honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They got her in and put in a few hours. They treated her with kindness and respect , total positive experience!!! Highly recommend!!
