Let me start off with how my nightmare got turned around by GRAHAM’S AUTOCRAFT! "3X's A CHARM" Gary and Rick with their honest sense and detail oriented, went over and above to repair mistakes made by another autobody shop and wasn't even compensated by the insurance company for the additional work performed. Gary was very calm and understanding. I believe all good comes back to those who treat you right and with respect. Since I am a new transplant to this state, and was unaware where to go for auto body work, I inquired with the car dealership and went with whom they suggested. Well that turned into a big mistake. That shop replaced a dented door with a used door from an older model car with worn, incorrect mismatched parts, paint drips inside the door and painted over sand and how ridiculous that they released the car to me with a different design wheel onto my few year old automobile, thinking I wouldn’t notice. The insurance company suggested a second place to go to, to rectify the first shop’s incompetence and shady workmanship. Thankful for the pre-pictures that I had taken of my car, because I was subjected to an unprofessional and disrespectful insurance rep, who lacked empathy, to prove their disbeliefs. The second shop’s manager, with his narcissistic attitude, expressed that he was doing the insurance rep a favor, and after learning a lesson previously, I was shown avoidance since I acknowledged that some replacement parts weren’t on the parts order. A sandlapper (South Carolinian resident) whom I friended, referred me to Gary @Graham’s Autocraft, and I was so glad I took his advice, listened to my woman's intuition, and walked away from the mistreatment of the second shop!

Gary's shop did a fantastic job on my car's front end repair. They even cleaned and touched up a couple of areas near the repair just to be nice. Great customer service and we liked that he's been in the area for a long time with a good reputation for quality repairs. Very reasonably priced as well.

Graham's Autocraft did the best body work i've ever seen. This work was done appox. 2 years ago. My car looks as good as new, still. You cannot tell where the damage was at. I'll never use anyone else. Thanks, GW
