Lost my appointment when I booked online. Showed up 30 minutes before my original appointment. Took them an hour and a half to get through the diagnostic of my car even though I knew what I wanted done. Took them over an hour and a half to get done with my car. I was here for over three hours just sitting waiting for my car to get done.

Graham Tire saved the day! My young daughter called late in the evening with a tire issue. I checked two other places that were not able to help. Graham got me in right away, set me up with a new tire early in the morning like real heroes! Thanks for being willing to fit someone in unexpectedly and having a great inventory!

I was from out do town and had a flat tire while in Lincoln for work. Graham was able to get a new tire ordered and installed the very next day. They went out of their way to help when I was in bind and we’re super helpful

I won’t go anywhere else! The customer service here is an amazing! They are so quick to get things done and help you when you need it right away because of an unexpected mishap. Best place for tires and whoever else you need! They helped my son with tires very quickly. Even if they didn’t have the tire in stock. They found and it got his car done same day!

Recently was in-town picking up a camper. My hitch ball size was wrong and stuck. Chris grabbed an impact and helped us out lickety-split. God Bless companies and individuals who still care and understand about people and customer service. Take your business there!

Very friendly staff! I had a low tire warning and they got my vehicle looked at and found a screw in the tire. It was fixed quickly and I was on the road again to work! Ver much appreciated!!

What a joke!! couldn't get lug nuts removed kept it all day befor calling with the problem.. Took it home to my shop and got them loose (YouTube trick),, then they called me liar how I did it and wouldn't even do my tires after .. Not that at that point I even wanted them touching my truck. Everyone just wants the easy way out.. Ended up at Jensen tire ,, got great deal actually for same tire and 100% better service..

You can still get a good patch on your tire here, instead of a plug. Good service!
