I can't say enough good things about Grady's. After several bad experiences other places when we were new to the area, I sought out recommendations online and they were recommended by so many people. We have since become completely loyal taking personal and business vehicles to them ever since. Their knowledge, honesty, and transparency is unmatched and in this industry that's hard to find. It means so much to us to have found them and to be able to completely trust our vehicles with them! To put it into perspective we tried 4 other places with good ratings online and 2 of 4 I had to return to a second time because something was wrong, the other was talking horribly about other customers in front of me over something very minor, and the fourth tried to sell us all 4 new tires when we only needed a tire plug. Grady's has truly been lifesavers and time savers because they get it done right the first time!! Give them a call and get your services scheduled now and I know you'll become a customer for life.

Has been our mechanic for probably 20 years for all our family's vehicles. They are honest and do the work needed without adding extra charges. They are good people and want to fix your vehicle right the first time at a fair price. I recommend them all the time.

This place is a hidden gem. It's set back off the road so if you pull in and feel like your showing up at someone's house, the garage is in back. They took care of my wife's car while I was deployed and did an amazing job and didn't take advantage of her lack of vehicle knowledge. I was expecting her to say they charger her $400 for blinker fluid, but it was the exact opposite. She went in for 1 thing and they charger her a fair price AND THEN noticed a couple other small things were in need of attention and fixed those at no extra charge. Can't recommend them enough. Always fast service, we've gotten the car back same day in some instances, and next day in others. Great place!

Went to Brian to fix my wife's truck, he put me off to a later week, wouldn't call and set up a time. I called several times to schedule the work. He would not respond to my calls. If he didn't want to do it, all he had to do is say so. Nice way to do business.

Brian & Richard are the best mechanics in the Raleigh area! They are honest, professional and reliable. I recommend them! Oh, and they don't lift an eyebrow when they hear my accent....
